      They fired everybody who did any work and left all producers and menagers.
      In my 500+ people studio we had 2 failed projects closed down and 200 people fired ... except all producers that were moved to other projects, so now we have one producer per 3 people, they created new positions like head producers, lead producers and producer managers to keep them around
      People who do the firing will never fire themselves
