Also every time there is something wrong going on in Nuln or Wissenland in general, its Elspeth who has to clean everything else up...and make sure Emmanuelle doesn't try anything that would get Wissenland into trouble.

Hot take, the game is too filled with content, making the game bloated and factions becoming less unique. In singleplayer it is often also a bunch of more units that are just not worth getting, it also makes internal balance for a faction much harder.
But that's just me.
nah i'm of the same opinion as well. there's a point in a game like this that is reached with enough dlc that makes a lot of factions lose their distinction along with the fact, meta wise, most units aren't optimal to use either. you can add 1000 units to the high elf roster but none of those units will beat the humble archer unit as the most optimal unit lmao
It's not even always about being optimal, some units just flat out suck or are far too niche for campaign or MP.

GW is notoriously against call backs to things they don't print/sell anymore, or to rules they've changed.
It's part of why the Rogue Trader game is a bit messy lore wise as most of the expanse was written for lore that is no longer supported, and GW used their IP holder rights to object to certain things.

carnosaur was nerfed multiple times, its slower moving, turns slower, does less damage, has less mass.
I have over 1000 hours in Warhammer 3 and I can't find it within myself to finish a single campaign. Now I will admit, maybe a tenth of that playtime was attributed to multiplayer ( which was fun), but damn the campaigns suck.
Also is anyone else dipping into AOS or TOW? Aos sold me on its osiarch bone reapers and the avengorii model.

It's basically total war without the sandbox element in exchange for cinematic campaigns and army painter. I think the aesthetics are way better than total war, but that's a matter of opinion. Also, it's missing vampires, bretonnia, dwarfs (kinda, they're merc exclusive), beastmen, wood elves, tomb kings, and lizards.
Kisliev should've just stayed an empire clone. Shit faction never had any potential.
Oh there is also the whf mmo that got canned a very long time ago that fans revived "recently" which is still ongoing and getting content updates. From what i've heard last time i asked people are loving it

Boris was described as the first bear rider in Kislev and after him bear riders were kinda an elite squad with very small numbers. Bear riders being in game was expected. What was not really expected is bears for sleds, bears for pulling artillery, bears for almost all lords and heroes, etc.
