these existed in the games since the start of the franchise. If you don't like it, just leave.
Real time mechanics are pokemons biggest homosexual-filter
evolutions
exclusive pokémons
exclusive characters
locked evolution items
All bad
>>real time based events
Except this
For me it depends
>Time of day
Good
>Day of the week
Good
>Time of day AND day of the week
Not good
I think ToD + DoW can be fine as long as it’s limited to things that there are a lot of. Rematches in HGSS for example, an individual rematch may only be available for a sliver of the week but since there are so many trainers to rematch there should be at LEAST 1-2 available at any given time.
Adjust your in-game clock my homie
LMFAO
truly they weren't planning on emulators
>no you don't understand it's a GOOD thing that the game makes you pointlessly wait before you're able to play the content!
real time mechanics are cancer.
>give content space to breathe and build a unique experience
"it's cancer"
>allow all content to be immediately accessible
"i finished the whole game in a day it's shit"
That either means
>Pokemon games have so little content they need to resort to the lowest form of padding to drag it out
Or
>this whole board and fanbase is filled with jobless autist NEETs who just play Pokemon for 16 hours a day until their eyes burn out of their skulls
Both of which are probably true tbh
>play at night
>game is night
>play at Morning
>game is Morning
Immersion not-broken
YES IT IS A GOOD THING
Based daily-schedule-based playstyle enjoyers. It’s immersive and fun to incorporate the game into your daily routine, I can play a Pokémon game for months on end like this and never get tired of it. I’ll never understand why some gays are so adamant on knocking out all of the content in a few sittings, it kills the experience and makes the entire thing feel like something to be blitzed through without stopping to smell the roses.
Consoomer logic right there. Daily events and weekly evens encourage a healthy schedule of content. Binging everything as fast as possible just to throw the game in a bin and play showdown was never the intended way to play
>trade evolutions
You're a baby. If the link cable wasn't encouraging non-pvp gameplay Pokémon never would have been popular.
>version exclusive pokémon
Another relic of the past, I know. The original games couldn't hold the data, but now it is tradition and phasing out.
>version exclusive characters
This kind of list padding really makes you sound like a baby.
>postgame locked evolution items
This are so braindead easy to get. You really are a baby.
>real time based events
You wouldn't even know what Pokémon is without Mew. You didn't see the lines at Toys R Us and see this franchise explode to where it is now. No other JRPG on the Gameboy is relevant in 2023. Without real time based events you don't have a franchise. I know it is history to think that Pokémon's history matters, but you're obviously just a baby that wants to take the engine out of the vehicle and expect the car to still run.
>The original games couldn't hold the data
What? Pokémon Red very easily could have included wild Bellsprout and Vulpix.
So basically
>a franchise doing moronic israeli shit is fine as long as it lets them become popular
Great arguments
?
