TTK is a fricking meme and goyslop like the new Call of Duties where you need to magdump to kill an enemy is fricking disturbingly bad and unfunny. Headshot multipliers are extremely low in Battlebit, for obvious reasons. I think you're just bad at the game.

Multipliers high enough that a headshot takes off multiple total shots to kill per headshot is abysmal design and turns to mostly luck based engagements.

COD since COD2 to now has always had very lethal weapons that almost always kill in 3-5 shots, and even all bodyshots often take around 0.3 seconds to kill if even that. The headshot multipliers and damage in most of them is tuned just right, usually 1.4x for most autos across the series, so that the first headshot will take off one shot from the total shots needed, but then you need three headshots to take off two total shots needed, assuming you'd even need more than four shots. Headshots are valuable but not dominant.

Looks like you finally figured it out, yes in fact the reason why the headshot multiplier is so low is because the head models are gigantic. This is of course not really an issue because the TTK is so fast, you die and get kills in the blink of an eye, so most people won't notice it.

It's more about being a cheap copy that actually implements mechanics that the series it's emulating could never do properly, was unable to do, or outright stated were impossible. Visually it's not great to look at but mechanically it's more sound than any Battlefield game.
