I think you might have a biological problem with your vocal chords or your mouth. Your body should be able to heal your voice with proper nutrition. Start with only drinking water. I worked a drive through in my early twenties to fix my terrible social anxiety stemming from being self conscious about my tone of voice and inability to enunciate properly when responding to people.
