At this point, the Internet is reality, especially for zoomers. We aren't at point where it's extremely noticable in normal social life but now the Internet basically acts as a place where people can show their true thoughts and expressions. Sure some people are being "ironic" or exagrerated but there people who genuinely think that conservatives should die for being conservative and vice versa. I hope most people aren't at that point but their definitely is an underlying layer of animosity that everyone on the Internet has.
