There's no The Answer so that eliminates 60% of Yukari's worst b***htude right away, so in the main game they will probably just keep her banter with Junpei since he clowning on the bro character is not frowned upon too much, while the most overaction moments with Makoto will be reworked probably.

Just like Yosuke and Junpei, Yukari is disliked among the Persona "community" (hate that word) because they act like actual teenagers. People tend to be more nuanced than the perfect black-and-white Persona 4 and 5 wives.
