Pokemon hasn't had a unified art style since Gen 5 at least. Look at characters like Lana and Valerie, completely off-model for the franchise.
Valerie probably is wearing contact lenses considering her desire to be a Pokémon. I've seen photos of ones that make the eyes look very unsettling. No idea while Cilan, Lana and some others have Scooby-Doo looking eyes though.

Wrong, all Masters human models are completely redone to have less polygons than the switch models, and have painted facial features instead of 3d ones.

There literal children in the series with a bigger chest and wider hips than Geeta,
