Amazing game but I've never felt much desire to replay it. Wouldn't be the same without the DS either.
I replayed it on 3DS this week. It's good but not as good as I remember. Puzzles are pretty fricking braindead.
Yeah, I was a tad disappointed when I played it a few yeas ago, it has a lot of strong points (animations, music, narration) but as a game it's severely lacking.
Ghost Trick is heavily carried by its narrative and story. This game would become an amazing anime since it already has the foundation.
One of the first games I played on my R4 back in the day, I started it just after playing 999 and it was such a fricking letdown in every way imaginable. I still think of every pomeranian as a Missile though

The Demo killed my switch..
first the controller malfunctioned at start, then the thing froze on black screen and i could not turn the switch on. Crapcom fricked up with the Eshop demo in the JP store...

I ain’t paying thirty bucks for a 3ds game from 13 years ago that I already own for my own 3ds. What the frick were the idiots thinking with that pricing. Persona 4 Golden released on Steam at 20 bucks which made sense for a portable version of an older game and it’s way damn longer than Ghost Trick you can finish easily in a 5 hour sitting even on your first time.

it's an original DS game.
first of all, it's a DS game not a 3DS game, persona 4 was an outlier in pricing and everything else sega has put out has been more expensive like nocturne HD so you shouldn't expect that pricing, and also ghost trick is longer than 5 hours easily
