I assume in DRY the ketsukanes wouldn't have a mansion, instead they'd all live on the 2nd floor of the electronics store
maybe the mansion/estate is still there but it's abandoned/belongs to someone else
>Cole's rips his soul out, throws hard against the ground and aims Marlet's revolver >the witness present thinks he's going to commit suicide, why else would you shoot your own soul?
Or maybe soul work different in DR, no is exactly aware they are a thing >He shoots it, leaving hole right in it's center >a few seconds pass and the soul is still standing there, it should have already cracked and broken >Suddenly huge ray of light shoots from the hole before turning into one of darkness
>everything inside Cole's soul is a mess, there are bits from Cole, Clover, Flowey and (you)
This is based from the original pastebin DR yellow were they teased that UTY did happen on some level and it was genocide route. >since cole doesn't have a soul, combat works different and it's like that flowey attack where you soul constantly changes from blank soul to another
Also what about dark world that's the entire town
Dark worlds take the shape from the room they are opened in >but what if you open a dark fountain out in the open?
my ideas >closet/castle town equivalent: abandoned shack on the outskirts of town. the dark world is western town. >the desert: a covered sandbox behind the shack >technoworld: a steampunk+cyberpunk mashup dark work in chujin's shop >floral jungle: inside a flower shop. the flower girls help their parents run it on the weekend so they'll be in the dark world. >the labyrinth: starlo's family still runs a corn farm. the dark world is an excessively large corn maze >"the stage": a closet filled with tons of props for plays, the dark world is a series of stages, and the darkners appear to all be playing an act. >halls of judgement: a grayscale dark world. the town's abandoned courthouse, the darkners are personified court cases from the past. the court papers and evidence regarding martlet's legal acquisition of cole have been kept here. these are not pretty memories.
Last post for the night I swear
Chujin and Kanako didn't die to humanity. Chujin killed himself over his paranoia against humanity, a point that is made by him chasing the Integrity girl over staying with his own daughter and keeping her safe, and even on his deathbed his paranoia took priority over anything else in the form of the serum, and then he passed it onto his wife, who was already blindly devoted to him, while also being vauge to her right to the end, this broke her and Kanako paid the price. Ceroba knows this, she knows she's guilty, she knows that killing Clover is wrong, but in her mind the only way to keep the last remains of her family alive were through that paranoia, nothing else mattering, her devotion to Chujin and her regret and grief over Kanako being the only motivators she has left, hiding reality away from her. That's why she gives up so easily, she gets a grip on reality and finally realizes that all she's doing is making things even worse.
And then the True Pacifist ending shits all over that.
>Chujin killed himself over his paranoia against humanity, a point that is made by him chasing the Integrity girl over staying with his own daughter and keeping her safe
The tragedy of the Ketsukanes is that they fell apart due to Chujin's own self-importance, I thought it was kind of a twist that Kanako didn't even die to Integrity and she could have even lived a normal happy life if Chujin hadn't created the extract in the first place, something he only did because he felt that his ideas would be what would save Monsterkind.
Even during his conversation with Martlet, I got the impression that he doesn't even tolerate the idea of some humans being kind because that would ruin the image of himself he built up in his mind that they're all evil and his legacy would be stopping them with his creations (either the Royal Guard robot army or the Boss Monster serum)
>Chujin and Kanako didn't die to humanity
They did. They were put in this situation because humanity sealed monsters underground. I read the rest of your post but it just doesn't gel because, yes, everything is the humans' fault.
Most families in the Underground didn’t systematically mad-science themselves into having soul cancer. I’d even wager all but one of them didn’t. The one that did had a resentful, racist incompetent playing with syringes in his basement after his killer robot nearly set his king’s throne room on fire.
Most monsters have no memories of the surface like Chujin, and most monsters have never had a human attack a monster right next to their daughter. Axis being a failure is fine, Chujin was embarrassed and literally never told Cheroba or anybody else about it.
You can reduce every single conflict in Undertale as a world down to "it's humanity's fault". But the Ketsukane's fate was entirely down to Chujin's paranoia over it, he killed himself over it and posthumously broke his family just to continue a project based entirely on that paranoia. Kanako was just a child and Ceroba just a housewife, neither were qualified or deserved to carry that weight on their shoulders.
>hiding reality away from her. That's why she gives up so easily, she gets a grip on reality and finally realizes that all she's doing is making things even worse.
I don't and can't buy it. After having slept on it, everything Ceroba says about Asgore is too meaningful and accurate for you or the game to write off her feelings as denying reality and her actions as a way of keeping her family alive.
I don't think the Asgore commentary (Toriel tier stuff by the way.) really negates the fact that it wasn't and never should have been her burden to carry in the first place. She doesn't hate Clover, she doesn't want to be more of a killer, everything indicates that most of what she is saying is clinging to Chujin's memory, when she's shown proof of his frick ups she goes in denial, Kanako reminding her about her dad being supposedly this perfect engineer (which is the lie he had kept up right until before he died and only told Ceroba about at the last moment) is part of what made Ceroba bend the knee and make the worst mistake of her life.
>You can reduce every single conflict in Undertale as a world down to "it's humanity's fault"
Yes. >But the Ketsukane's fate was entirely down to Chujin's paranoia over it
I made mention in another post that mom and pop aren't blameless. My true contention above all is Ceroba just giving up after trying as hard as she did to murder Clover. >Toriel tier stuff by the way.
Absolutely not. Toriel criticized Asgore and fricked off, Ceroba was willing to do what needed to be done. >really negates the fact that it wasn't and never should have been her burden to carry in the first place.
It isn't Clover's burden to seek justice for the previous humans. We choose which mantles we take up. From the rest of your post we have too different reads of her character to reach any sort of agreement. I don't even disagree about her not hating Clover, she doesn't. I just think her resolve dissolved WAY too fricking fast for someone with nothing to lose.
Toriel’s criticisms were always correct, but she absolutely has more standing than Ceroba because she and Asgore suffered the same tragedy. It sounds totally hollow from Ceroba (who’s just being used as the writers’ mouthpiece in that scene), who destroyed her own child blindly following the instructions from her bitter, prejudiced egoist of a husband.
Akcthyslly Chujin explicitly says to leave Kanako out of it. >It sounds totally hollow from Ceroba
Absolutely not. Her life was ruined because Asgore sat with his thumb up his ass while other people tried to be proactive. Yes, it led to tragedy, yes, the foxes aren't blameless. All of this culminates in me disbelieving Ceroba would just give up at the end.
Toriel's criticisms were always wrong. Worse yet, she instead of escorting the fallen humans, she chose to stay behind. What's even worse is not only did Toriel do that, she also told them to kill any monster who stands in their way and to kill Asgore.
>It isn't Clover's burden to seek justice for the previous humans.
You forget how easily he drops that burden, the moment motherly affection is shown to him he drops everything about that "mission", be it to stay with Toriel/Martlet or to follow Ceroba around. >we have too different reads of her character to reach any sort of agreement.
Agreed, as I saw her she was full of guilt over both what she did and what she thought was necessary to do, when beaten she begs Clover to kill her, of course her resolve would melt when shown mercy and forgiveness after all she did. Behind all the pragmatic talk about doing things for monsterkind and all of the pointless sacrifices is a broken housewife with a dead family, even if she chose to take that mantle (which she only did out of yet again total devotion to her husband), she was never qualified to do so.
>as I saw her she was full of guilt over both what she did and what she thought was necessary to do,
I don't even disagree with that. I'm just springboarding off of you now, but I wish she had run away like Flowey does in the neutral pacifist route, cursing Asgore, her actions, and humanity right before she left. That would have really honored all she said about Asgore, and some tidbits of dialogue you can get from her in the Steamworks like how she derides "Tomorrow the surface!"
Legit 100% agree with this. She can be fixed and deserved to be fixed.

Forgot to add that I do have a big gripe with Kanako's fate being completely dropped as a plot point by the game, them going to the true lab and Clover doing anything he can to help Kanako would have probably clarified Ceroba's resolve thing much better and would have given actual closure to her arc.
>Forgot to add that I do have a big gripe with Kanako's fate being completely dropped as a plot point by the game, them going to the true lab and Clover doing anything he can to help Kanako would have probably clarified Ceroba's resolve thing much better and would have given actual closure to her arc.
It also would have allowed for an actual happy ending that doesn't involve killing monsters and completely destroying their hopes and dreams, which is what this game badly needs. We may have been able to have an actual epilogue just like how OG UT did.
Very based.

>I wish she had run away like Flowey does in the neutral pacifist route, cursing Asgore, her actions, and humanity right before she left.
This would make sense if she was more outwardly, well, far gone. I also think you're putting too much weight on her commentary on Asgore, that whole bit was, again, just parroting what Chujin thought about him and his actions, it's part of that blind devotion that gets broken alongside her resolve to kill Clover, all that guilt piled up and when shown mercy it was enough that it broke her resolve. Either way it would have been better clarified if they had gone to the true lab instead of having the New Home detour.

I didn't see it that way at all. His lack of proactivity keeps the Underground in limbo. I'm putting so much weight on it because it was refreshing to see another monster besides Toriel call Asgore out, but unlike Toriel, had the stones to try and change things. I definitely do not agree that being shown one act of mercy would have deflated Ceroba's resolve, or ameliorated her pain enough for the true pacifist ending to happen as it did. Especially because I don't think she just adopted Chujin's motivations so much as they were hers brought on by tragedy. We're going round and round so I'll stop posting here, but I appreciate you letting me vent about this.

No problem, and to be fair I disagree completely on Asgore in general so that's part of it too.
>hiding reality away from her. That's why she gives up so easily, she gets a grip on reality and finally realizes that all she's doing is making things even worse.

So I just started finally playing this after weeks of considering it, tired of the Deltarune wait. I'm at Dalv's house now, wondering why nobody ITT's talks about this chill homie and only about the dumb furries I'm about to encounter.
he's extremely one note despite being chill (mostly due to being forgotten by the plot for the most part), and his design lets him down pretty hard being an adventure time/homestuck mashup
if he had gotten a makeover from the demo to now it would've helped big time, because whenever people see him they immediately dismiss him because of his looks
He does feel like a leftover character of Yellow's earliest development days hence the more amateurish design clearly inspired by what the teenage devs were into at the time, and his lack of connection to other elements of the game
Played it and went through it with pacifist in mind. Was a mistake. Ended up quitting during the final boss (pacifist) because it sucked.
At least Toby was smart enough to force the Flowey fight on the player.
As I've stated before; the game has a distinct lack of MONSTERS and instead showcases a cast of DeviantArt OCs.
Your outcomes are >Suicide is GOOD! (the developer's pet ending) >Halo Reach Ending >Flowey kills you and gets bored >JUSTICE (You kill everyone, take the souls and leave)
Toby Fox's MONSTERS are nickelodeon ms paint monsters
Yellow's 'Monsters' are a roundtable of ideas when they first got together to propose their 'cool OCs' and their 'epic boss fights' and how they would write a game around that with the justice soul premise slapped on top.
Think of UNDERTALE Yellow as your average Friday Night Funkin' Boss Rush mod.
well yeah it's a fangame anon, it doesnt stop them from being charming if frustrating characters, expecting it to be on par with undertale is unrealistic from the get-go and for a fan project it's pretty aces
I think the monsters are designed fine, they're just less like actual mystical creatures.
In Undertale's Snowdin you get >A feathered drake that tells puns >A weird orb that turns into an ice cube if you steal its hat >Various dogs/wolves patrolling territory >A skull-faced deer with decorated antlers
Meanwhile in Yellow's Snowdin you get >A seal(?) that's always sleepy >A crab using an igloo for a shell >3 penguins stacked on top of each other >An ice cream cone, but the ice cream is an orb of knowledge
I like yellow's designs, they're just a lot more simple and cute compared to Toby's actual concept of making a majority of monsters strange amorphous blobs of magic that have no realistic anatomy (Like Astigmatism's mouth-eye, or Froggit's actual face being between its legs.)
I remember watching a video that brought up a good point that the designs of the major characters in UT had a lot more variety (even the ones based on animals looked unique like Undyne) whereas most of the main designs in Yellow are basically straight up furries.
this sounds fricking insane but the UTY devs went too far with their talent and made characters not look Undertale enough
4 months ago

Yeah, the same video also pointed out that the spritework and animations are excellent but it can look awkward when they're placed right next to the original Undertale characters, like Martlet's scene with Alphys where the latter has a simple three frame walking animation while Martlet has a slow animated head turn.

You mean scottfalco's video right?
Yeah he brings out a lot of good points on the "trying too hard" parts of the game, though I do think he didn't touch on some very important points and was a bit too rude
like, this animation is fricking immaculate and conveys an INSANE amount of emotion. But it's fricking Undertale so it looks insanely out of place. The best animations in Undertale are like, Asgore's cape and Flowey, and those were standout moments
Ceroba’s artist was 17 when they came up with her and it shows, she sticks out even compared to the rest of Yellow’s main cast.
Yeah I saw them talking about it here. Kinda surprised any of the devs would show up here of all places

Personally I didn't have a problem with the art, even if I get why Toby's unpolished art is more charming to others.

that makes complete sense to be honest. It's the most popular and active "forum" like website on the internet (while everything else is dead or is just basically twitter which fricking sucks for archival and direct reaction discussion not delegated to people with active follower counts) and you lose absolutely nothing since you don't even need an account or to use a name, so you can go completely anonymous and if you're good enough you can hide yourself very easily
I got jumpscared in Project Wingman when I saw the 404th Squadron and then later found out /agdg/ and /aceg/ got to design a fighter for it.

A lot of his arguments are moronic. The style inconsistency is a non-issue, it only shows at like three small points in the entire game, while at all other points, everything else on screen is completely new and in the new style (which is overall better). He complains about genocide ceroba opening with an unpredictable attack, while seemingly forgetting about how sans’s fight started, and how the entire point of genocide in undertale is it’s not supposed to be fun or fair.
Scottfalco is just such a fricking loser too. I’m glad twitter made fun of him for being a Jocat-tier flamboyant coomer. It’s baffling that he’s been animating for like fifteen years, and all he does is make video game rant videos, and draw himself in a very mediocre artstyle being kissed by children from pokemon. What a frick-up.

Ceroba’s artist was 17 when they came up with her and it shows, she sticks out even compared to the rest of Yellow’s main cast.
I think half the reason for this is just because Toby's not a skilled artist. His poor skill adds to the charm, which is why he's able to draw characters like Reigen near perfectly.
I think the only reason why Yellow's furries don't look COMPLETELY out of place is because they're still anime/kemono styled like Temmie's artwork. A lot of western artists don't realize it but Undertale is very kemono/anime styled and that's why Ceroba doesn't look COMPLETELY out of place
I think a better comparison benchmark isn't with Undertale but rather Deltarune, that's the Toby Fox game with the more detailed designs and animations.
I was banned when I believe you were the one to ask it, but Zenith Martlet isn't much insanely taller compared to normal Martlet if you consider that the battle UI is in the same perspective. Martlet and Zenith Martlet are seen from the same distance and so Zenith Martlet is probably like 3-4 feet taller at most
At the same time her feet alone are WAY bigger than the yellow soul which is around ~half the size of clover himself so bare minimum she's pretty frickin huge
*because that would make a lot of the attacks coming from other monsters be completely off scale considering we see the overworld sprites for other monsters
doesnt it do that directly in the flowey fight?
Flowey is cheating and isn't using the normal Battle Hud
I love how many possibilities Zenith Martlet has for depictions outside of genocide route, unlike her inspiration. Can someone do a Chad Zenith Martlet vs the Virgin Undyne the Undying?
>All those foot steps in the small area ny the snow where she dropped the needle
i can only imagine this big idiot accidentally pricked herself before running around in a panic before the drugs kicked in.
genocide is probably the closest ending we got to a good ending as clover manages to free the human souls and escapes the underground . not a good ending for the monsters tho.
They weren't suffering anyway. Their "overcrowding" problem can easily be fixed by just digging more.
They just brought it on themselves by murdering several children and planning to commit genocide against humanity.
>monsters dig deeper into the underground >they unearth the bones/ruins of another civilization >they realize they're not the first race humanity has banished underground
4 months ago

I don't think the underground is entirely physically underground, the barrier is magical, and while it has a ceiling it's edge seems to be an endless abyss.
So it might be more like the Neath from Fallen London, an island in a sea of darkness located within a giant cavern that's also sorta another dimension.
So who knows what's bellow them.

In UT you can tell they kinda are, but they cope really well with it.
In Yellow you can hardly tell there is any suffering in it. All monsters seem chill and like they are having fun. Which makes Chujin come off as really autistic honestly.
They should've made him like that shopkeeper from the Wild East, and have him be a war survivor who still remembers the surface.

Starlo and the dance guy do what they do because they want to "liven up" the Underground. Some monsters like Chujin desired to be free from humanity as a whole.

Yeah but the game doesn't sell me that the underground is in need of "liven up" at all. Specially since in UT they make it a big deal that MTT is the only entertainer in the underground, but Yellow has two entertainers.
>the ruins are still depressing.
In UT, the ruins are a sad sight, it's abandoned. Only critters live there, only visitor is a depressed ghost.
Toriel's house stands as the only warm place in the cold, shadows of this area, and it's still sad as it all comes from her desperate desire to be a mother again.
They do keep it consistent in Yellow, Dalv making it his home away from everything he knew, yet still he builds a corn plantation to satiate his nostalgia of his life with Kanako. It is perfect honestly. >Then we go to Snowdin...
In UT Snowdin looks desolate, you can see one house in the distance indicating that there is not much civilization there beyond that small street you walk through, maybe because most monsters probably can't tolerate the cold.
And the monsters there are trying to make themselves happy to ignore away tho problems
While in Yellow, Snowdin is the comfiest place around, more so than the wild east honestly. They got a comfy shop with a band and a cute shopkeeper, people travel there, there is a jacuzzi. I'd live there!
I won't compare the rest, there is not much else to compare other than, ig New Home, which still serves the same purpose it did in UT where it shows the sad reality of monsters: they can't build anything new, and new home looks just like Ruins probably looked during its peak.
But really I just don't sense any feeling of depression in any of the new areas.
Steamworks is only kinda sad for Ceroba. But really it's just an abandoned factory that was surpassed. Sadder for the robots than for the monsters lol.

>yet he builds a corn plantation
With happy, sentient corn no less.
There's also an artistic kobold
And a super passionate sentient scroll
And a mirror seeking out people to use it
And a bat that enjoys the quiet of the ruins
Yellow's Ruins are significantly more populated feeling than the original Undertale's

damn it... well, nvm then.
Yellow focuses on getaways like honeybrew and the wild east. Starlo's entire foundation is to make sure people don't think about the fact they're sealed underground with no hope of ever going outside
Yeah but if you focus your whole game on places where there is no depression, it's hard for me to see there is any depression.
Most monsters have no memories of the surface like Chujin, and most monsters have never had a human attack a monster right next to their daughter. Axis being a failure is fine, Chujin was embarrassed and literally never told Cheroba or anybody else about it.
>Most monsters have no memories of the surface like Chujin
I dont think Chujin is ever mentioned to remember it. Sure he is a boss monster, but they never actually do mention it.
Kanako's attacker is a good point but it comes across as moronic when you remember his own wife finished the job the human started. Humanity driving him to a mad obsession is good and honestly underutilized. But Kanako's death is entirely their dumbasses' fault.
I vehemently disagree. I thought the game did a fine job with it, particularly with all the npcs complaining about the lack of work, or not enjoying their work.
I think "my work sucks" is a little less compelling...
Specially since monsters can apparently just sign onto the Royal Guard with very little pre-requisite according to the game.

There are infinitely less stupid and potentially destructive solutions to the problem than the one we were given, that's why people can so easily rewrite the kitsune familys story in the first place.

I caught on to the "I hate my job" thing, it didn't feel that serious to me. In UT you also face a lot of monsters that are unhappy about their untapped potential, but they end up in a better place once they reach the surface, according to the credits.
So I felt like I got the message.

There's a few NPCs that contextualise a lot of monster behaviour as coping with their entrapment. The horned NPC in Snowdin mentions how everyone has to smile so that they don't give up hope. The books in the library and tablets in Waterfall mention the bitterness of the war, and how monsterkind struggle to even feel pride in their own culture after so long. Keeping a lot of that in mind, it makes those moments you see NPCs talking about random shit more clearly an attempt at using anything to escape the the feeling of despair they get at might never getting to see the surface. It only works like this because Undertale itself establishes this. Yellow assumes that context is still in your mind from Undertale, so for most people who've forgotten it can just feel like monsterkind is pretty happy underground.

Just as a small reply because other anon summarized it best, but the early part of Waterfall is all about showing how the monsters see their history as victims of humanity, condemned for a crime they did not commit. The echo flower dialogue is also very sad, the two monsters(siblings?) longing to see the real stars because all they have are the shiny rocks in the cave ceiling. It's the area you fight Undyne so it tries to make her actions justifiable.
I know that the monsters are unhappy about being trapped underground, but they don't seem to actually be suffering.
There are one or two mentions of overcrowding, but that can easily be solved by digging more. It's like Minecraft.
Oh by suffering I do mean unhappiness.
I don't even know if there is overcrowding considering, as I said, Snowdin is still pretty desolate, and the Ruins are like, right there if they ever need more ground. They can just rebuild it.
I think the mention of overcrowding is to explain why the monsters started digging and expanding their way out of the ruins after a few hundred years.

Yellow focuses on getaways like honeybrew and the wild east. Starlo's entire foundation is to make sure people don't think about the fact they're sealed underground with no hope of ever going outside
They weren't suffering anyway. Their "overcrowding" problem can easily be fixed by just digging more.
They just brought it on themselves by murdering several children and planning to commit genocide against humanity.
so what, human overpopulation caused the human extinction but not for the monsters.
One of the only lessons I think aspiring fangame devs shouldn't learn from yellow is the best ending having to still follow canon
It's already non-canon, let people be able to have the best ending for your mc
could've just had the canon ending be you dying and done something special with a non-canon pacifist ending. the one thing that held back UT yellow was wanting the make the pacifist ending the canon one for some reason
Yeah. It was silly.
They should've made Neutral the canon ending where you fight Asgore and beats it.
And have (true?) Pacifist include the Flowey fight.
It's so odd how Genocide is the only ending that doesn't end with a bitter taste in my mouth. Complete opposite of the original game
>the one thing that held back UT yellow was wanting the make the pacifist ending the canon one for some reason
It's pretty standard for prequel media to provide more context and greater meaning to a seemingly insignificant past event. "Clover dies at the end" is what everyone expected out of a game about the yellow soul so "Clover actually had a whole journey and willingly sacrificed himself rather than just get killed by Asgore" is more impactful in the context of a prequel.
God I wish I could skullrape Kanako's melted down corpse in front of Ceroba then while she's bawling her eyes out rip them off and start fricking her in the eye sockets. Justice for Clover and the dead children.
Just imagine how good it would feel to gut Martlet with zero LV and EXP so that she can see and feel it all, then frick her gutted corpse as she bleeds out, her punishment for betraying Clover.
Shooting Starlo's kneecaps out then decapitating Ceroba and fricking her headless corpse through the throat and then her head through the bottom hole where it used to connect to the body. Justice for humanity.
in the context of the game cast finding a story about clover being mindbroken by cute foxgirl smooches, it's basically just missing martlet trying to shield clover's eyes
Why does everyone in Deltarune have at least one abusive/neglectful parent?
This except its total monster domestication.
Just imagine it
Heading down to the market to buy a fresh pair of monsters to work the corn plantation after expanding my estates fields, then coming home to my house monsters having prepared dinner before returning to their basement dorms.
A truly beautiful future of human and monster coexistence.
I could have fixed Ceroba. She was surrounded by weak immature people. She needed a man to show her what love was like again. Being 100% unironic. She'll be my waifu for the year.
Legit 100% agree with this. She can be fixed and deserved to be fixed.
Exactly. At this point I've essentially replaced that ending with that one anon's fic in my mind because the True Pacifist ending is just so unsatisfying with the way anything concluded.
I love this game. However I just found out there is an update that makes certain fights easier. I am trying to get through geno ceroba and between having work and other household shit to do I can't get it done before I leave.
I'm saving Yellow for my binge of UT/DR Chapters 1-2 right before 3-4 comes out.
It's sad to know that I may not even play Yellow this years because I'm saving it like this. For the love of god Toby please grant us release sometime this year, I can't take another year of waiting.
reposting these because im a shill, and i think last time the thread was basically dead, and i want godotanon to see it
i might do more of this but im kinda satisfied with the amount of dust kanako stuff i did. the two colors here was a fun limitation to work with. any good projects pertaining to this game, i'd be glad to help with, so lmk.
>i want godotanon to see it
I did see them previously! I'm glad there are people excited, I already have Clover up, interacting and running in engine, but as I said, I'll post stuff when I have something funny or genuinely interesting to show. And I'll definitely ask for help when I need it, so don't worry!
Just spent the last 6 hours without power and water here in my house so I missed the whole thread
Because it's a game about sad/troubled ppl finding escapism that helps them cope and better their IRL situation.
The easiest way to make children sad/troubled is by giving them shit parent(s).

Spamton, who was manipulated by probably Gaster, was sending her emails about "Friend Find her" after her sister went missing, and Gaster was fricking around in Noelle's videogames for some reason.
Although Noelle doesn't seem to remember most of it, and with her sister going missing and maybe being the goner trapped in the code.
It isn't too hard to put 2-and-2 together and realize Gaster was manipulating Noelle in the past for some reason.
Hug Ceroba. Love Ceroba. Take Ceroba on walks through the park. Tuck Kanako into bed. Take Ceroba out for dinner. Cook Ceroba's favorite meal. Bring Ceroba to the surface. Introduce Ceroba to human food. Jump into Mt. Ebott to save Ceroba. Take Ceroba for a lovely evening drive. Help Ceroba repair her house. Lovingly hold Ceroba's head during a kiss. Help Ceroba evade the IRS. Princess carry Ceroba. Give Ceroba lots of children. Sleep in while cuddling Ceroba. Take out the trash for Ceroba. Wipe Ceroba's tears from her face. Eat Ceroba's practice cooking. Pet Ceroba. Pull Ceroba into bed. Go hiking with Ceroba. Bake birthday cakes with Ceroba. Teach Ceroba new skills. Have a large family with Ceroba. Build new bedrooms for each of your children with Ceroba. Dig your own pool in the backyard with Ceroba. Teach Ceroba how to shoot a gun. Grow old with Ceroba. Build up Ceroba's confidence. Clean Ceroba's shrine maiden outfit.
Ok, that's actually better. I keep wanting to try games that have anthros in them but I dont want people I have on steam and discord to know about it. I might have to make a new account just to get around this issue.
>I dont want people I have on steam and discord to know about it.
There are ways to hide that stuff on both. Steam recently added a way to have a game not show to others as being in your library.
Did the other humans come back to life at the end of Undertale? Or did their souls just move on? If the latter I dislike the True Pacifist ending in Yellow even more, Clover just agrees to fricking die for a chance for some people he just met to be happy. That's a step beyond empathy it's just stupid. If Asgore killed him in a fair fight that'd be different.
So why did Toby Fox do that? He presumably wasn't thinking "in eight years time someone will make a fangame about one of the previous humans that will make everyone sad about them being dead".
Undertale was never supposed to get this big. It’s a vibes-based fairytale story, it doesn’t survive legions of autists facts-and-logic’ing every inch of its script.
Very few things in this world can stand up to the scrutinization and purity of autisitic facts and logic. Autists are superior thinkers relative to normalhomosexuals. Normalgayggots struggle to think too hard and find the idea of being forced to do so as offensive. They don't want to think, and largely don't.
>It's an even bigger downer that Asriel can't be saved and yet that's explicitly shoved in your face.
Yeah. But you gave him solace. Even when he turns back into Flowey, he still remembers the feeling of caring.
And he knows he wasn't wrong when he stopped Chara from killing those humans.
So why did Toby Fox do that? He presumably wasn't thinking "in eight years time someone will make a fangame about one of the previous humans that will make everyone sad about them being dead".
Ig that makes it less akward for the monsters to have to explain that there are 6 children bodies laying on their castle
Does anyone actually get use out of the coffee bean ammo in yellow? Or just speed boosts in general, I can only think of 1 attack that I want more speed against and its genocide only in a fight where bullets dont work anyway (Axis' chasing static shit)
alright yeah that makes sense.
so maybe a proper book themed dark world for DRY's library? >kanako and cole enter the library >actually fall down into a dark world. >two halves to the dark world. first half is the "child safe" section, filled with darkners that you'd see in books for children. has a very pastel theme, most of the characters and environments look like they were from popup books. if you pay very close attention you can sometimes see dalv's signature on most of the child safe darkners >second half is the "literature" section. filled with darkers that portray proper characters meant for regular stories, design theme looks more like it was drawn by pencil can crayons or paintbrushes. >schizo boss is https://arch.b4k.co/v/thread/663153183/#q663231840 >but instead of origami she's a book with a main character that goes through many different personality changes due to constant rewrites that fail to keep the main character consistent.
>Clover
Kris but with a fascination towards guns and a piss yellow soul (should probably see a doctor) >Kanako
Susie stand-in. We've already gone through this for the past month, especially from Signirsol. >Dalv
Preschool teacher, loves his job. >Martlet
Clover's adoptive mother, and ALSO the Noelle stand-in for Chapter 2. Spamton equivalent refers to her as a "Phoenix" mirroring Spamton's referring to Noelle as an "Angel". >Starlo
Traveling showman who hangs around Yellow Hometown. Dalv occasionally works with him when he's in town for the kids, along with El Bailador and the Feisty Four. >Ceroba
Yellow Hometown mayor, super busy, thinks Starlo's endearing even if the pyrotechnics display from 2 years ago almost destroyed half the town's park. Goes out drinking with Mayor Holiday for girls' night every now and then. >Chujin
Former mayor of Yellow Hometown, stepped down due to an injury that left him paralyzed from the waist down and wheelchair-bound. Returned to running his old electronics store, even if very outdated.
It's kinda fricked up that this is a setting where every living human just drops a chaos emerald when they die
Human civilization would be an untenable hellscape
Look, I will frick Adult Asriel, Black person Ralsei, White Power Ralsei, Undyne, Toriel, Susie, Noelle, Catty and Bratty, Burgerpants, So Sorry, Cebora, Martlet, the squirrel chick, and that other blue bird dude from Deltarune who's name I forgot.
There is a better timeline where people mostly make porn out of the human versions of the characters.
But in that same timeline something equally as bad is happening elsewhere.
anon, humanizing monster characters ruins the appeal in the first place
people want spider puss puss, people want goat dick, people want flower dual genitalia (yes, this means R63 flowey is technically possible).
people want fat brat cat, people want lesbo break lizard, people want fish, people want CTRL SHIFT ESCAPE Cat lady, and so much more to name.
>anon, humanizing monster characters ruins the appeal in the first place
I am either too autistic or not autistic enough to understand.
I just wanna have sex with other humans.
If I have any liking to a non-human character physically it's for their personality and for the mental translation my brain has of what they would look like.
But it's fine. Again, there is something equally as bad as dual floral genitalia in the other timeline.
not him but hear me out here: >tear out soul >wife tears out her soul >you two give your souls to each other and shove them back in >sexo each other with souls in the opposite bodies.

Besides all of that, it's true that the hex code for the ketchup and the blood is the exact same, but that's because it's one of the stock MS Paint colors that Toby used a lot when making sprites. Sans' blood has an equal chance of being Asgore Trident juice as it is of being ketchup

>kris and catti doing occult (magic) stuff together
I thought that was regular "teenage occultist" stuff >kris's comment on the magic book in the library is that he's disappointed on how most of the tricks require floating hands or orbs (something that only makes sense with magic)
I thought this was a reference to monsters which already have floating hands or orbs as part of their anatomy. >kris's search history relentlessly looking for how to do magic ( + we know that his biggest desire is to be more like a monster
I thought the implication of that he was studying the occult and trying to find how to do magic so he could find a spell that could turn him into a monster. >noelle commenting on how she wished she knew healing magic, not wishing that healing magic was real.
Yeah. It could be a point or it could be just semantics.
Her and Berdly's reasoning to opening another fountain made it seem like magic was an impossibility in their world, but maybe it's the same as daydreaming of having a Yacht -- not impossible just unlikely. >however the frick kris summoned us in the first place >dark worlds being a thing.
These two are less like about NPC magic and more like the meta magic of determination.
I don't know how to phrase this without sounding schizo.
But people are clearly confused with something else when it comes to the "is there magic in Deltarune?" question.
Either way I like the idea hometown is just a bunch of zealots that's why they got no magic. I'm sure we'll find out what the case is in the next chapters, coming out 2027.

So, why do you think Sans is implied to come from Deltarune? what is going to happen in chapter 7 for Mr. Undertale the skeleton himself to actually do something that would get him trapped in the Undertale universe?
In UT he's the only character to reference Ice-E,e bleeds unlike monsters from the underground, he has a picture of three people with "Don't Forget" written on it's back in the switch port and they are implied to be Susie, Kris, and Ralsei. In UT he references coming from another world but not being able to get back in genocide, he uses Darker fast travel doors in UT.
Yeah I know that, but why was Sans in particular the one to go to another world along with Papyrus? because I don't really see him going around as a party member in future chapters
Well he's implied to be a science guy, has a connection to WD Gaster, and seemed to have gotten close to the main cast of DR by the time the game ends.
His dialogue in genocide also references him seeing somebody else walk down the that sort of path so he's probably from a snowgrave save files.
Gaster is probably related to Sans somehow, it's worth noting the mystery man door is a greyed out Darker teleportation door.
Anyways, we don't have the full story, so it's impossible to really say why.
>Shopkeeper saying Sans and Papyrus just appeared out of nowhere in the Underground one day >Sans implying he came from somewhere he can never go back to >His secret room having a picture of three people with the words "Don't Forget" >Recent sweepstakes with Sans and Papyrus ends with the latter mentioning remembering green grass before his life in Snowdin (the only area in the Underground that has this is in the Ruins), which makes Sans uncomfortable and he immediately ends the Q&A
>what is going to happen in chapter 7 for Mr. Undertale the skeleton himself to actually do something that would get him trapped in the Undertale universe?
He will fall into his own creation...
FR tho it's very fricking clear as
>Shopkeeper saying Sans and Papyrus just appeared out of nowhere in the Underground one day >Sans implying he came from somewhere he can never go back to >His secret room having a picture of three people with the words "Don't Forget" >Recent sweepstakes with Sans and Papyrus ends with the latter mentioning remembering green grass before his life in Snowdin (the only area in the Underground that has this is in the Ruins), which makes Sans uncomfortable and he immediately ends the Q&A
pointed out, that Sans comes from Deltarune.
Red herring or not, it could not be more apparent.
I actually have to wonder what people think the point of all those things are if they don't think it's about Sans being from Deltarune.
I get it, theorists are annoying. But this isn't a theory at this point, it's just paying attention.
Something definitely happened to Papyrus, right? There's no way he was always like this.
If he too is from DT, and yet has no idea what the sun is is... I think he already has the autism.

well so is Kanako but Kanako is a smart child who likes videogames, can paint and sculpt masks, and has a tail despite being like, 5.
>they gain tails when they grow older and wiser >Kanako's a fricking twelvie and already has a tail >Ceroba's probably in her thirties and still doesn't
Holy shit how fricking moronic is she
Sans is such a cool character, I'm so mad he became a tumblr sexy man for literally no reason and he's now tainted because of it, I KNEW a girl that wanted to frick Sans in real life and that has left me traumatized
No you don't understand, you simply weren't there, she wore a custom made Sans t-shirt to school everyday and she didn't bathe, she would simply pour perfume all over her and call it a day, you would have done the same if you had been there
I think you were simply too unwilling to adapt. You should have cosplayed as Sans and fricked her.

Believe me when I say this, I couple of nerds actually tried to do this and failed miserably by instantly turning around and leaving after taking a whiff or being rejected for not being "chill" enough
>she wore a custom made Sans t-shirt to school everyday and she didn't bathe, she would simply pour perfume all over her and call it a day
I'd say imagine the smell but I don't think I actually want to
It really bothers me because Sans comes across as bald, short funny uncle to me, at minimum in his early 30s.
So it's like saying you'd frick danny devito.
That theory is fricking moronic
Anon... The only ketchup in the underground is monster ketchup, which is made of magic.
It is instantly absorbed by the body when consumed, the scene also isn't played for laughs, and not to mention it spills out of his mouth.
I like that theory because it implies Sans teleported to Grilby's minutes before, or during the fight just to drink ketchup.
You'd have to contradict and argue against established facts for it to have ketchup.
Or take the scene as it is presented, and wait until we have more information on a mystery character.
Which we now have, and it implies Sans is at least from DR, and bleed due to that.
Papyrus doesn't bleed though, and it's kind of inconsistent if monsters have digestive systems or not (Undyne mentions puking once, Alphys mentions in the Alarm Clock app how Catty once had to get her stomach pumped for eating an orange)
So? Papyrus is Papyrus, and while the brothers assert that they are brothers, we don't actually know if they are biologically related, Sans even calls Papyrus "my friend" in true pacifist.
Not to mention the age gap between them is large enough Sans is the one who read Papyrus his bedtime stories.
>Not to mention the age gap between them is large enough Sans is the one who read Papyrus his bedtime stories.
To be fair I don't think it's too far out there to suggest that adult Papyrus still has his bedtime stories read to him
Toby Fox is a poopy dog
Imagine if Starlo was cheating with Chujin behind Ceroba's back haha
what would potential dark worlds be in deltarune yellow? chujin's electronic shop is an obvious one
The Ketsukane basement?
I assume in DRY the ketsukanes wouldn't have a mansion, instead they'd all live on the 2nd floor of the electronics store
maybe the mansion/estate is still there but it's abandoned/belongs to someone else
>Dina's saloon themed diner for maximum yeehaw world
>the old coal mine near town
>a planetarium involving starlo's family?
>Martlet's spare room, where she keeps all of Clover's old stuff from their human panrets, legal documents about adoption and other stuff like that.
>The secret boss is basically a monstrous shadow of Cole's dad
what about Cole's own soul?
>Cole's rips his soul out, throws hard against the ground and aims Marlet's revolver
>the witness present thinks he's going to commit suicide, why else would you shoot your own soul?
Or maybe soul work different in DR, no is exactly aware they are a thing
>He shoots it, leaving hole right in it's center
>a few seconds pass and the soul is still standing there, it should have already cracked and broken
>Suddenly huge ray of light shoots from the hole before turning into one of darkness
>everything inside Cole's soul is a mess, there are bits from Cole, Clover, Flowey and (you)
This is based from the original pastebin DR yellow were they teased that UTY did happen on some level and it was genocide route.
>since cole doesn't have a soul, combat works different and it's like that flowey attack where you soul constantly changes from blank soul to another
Also what about dark world that's the entire town
Dark worlds take the shape from the room they are opened in
>but what if you open a dark fountain out in the open?
I had an idea for a Mad Max world so maybe there's a movie theater that's playing post apoc movies the week DTY takes place.
none, retconned events are imaginary dreams
my ideas
>closet/castle town equivalent: abandoned shack on the outskirts of town. the dark world is western town.
>the desert: a covered sandbox behind the shack
>technoworld: a steampunk+cyberpunk mashup dark work in chujin's shop
>floral jungle: inside a flower shop. the flower girls help their parents run it on the weekend so they'll be in the dark world.
>the labyrinth: starlo's family still runs a corn farm. the dark world is an excessively large corn maze
>"the stage": a closet filled with tons of props for plays, the dark world is a series of stages, and the darkners appear to all be playing an act.
>halls of judgement: a grayscale dark world. the town's abandoned courthouse, the darkners are personified court cases from the past. the court papers and evidence regarding martlet's legal acquisition of cole have been kept here. these are not pretty memories.
>Toriel apologists in 2024
Lol. LMAO. She's a worthless c**t.
Yes, but it starts right after Ceroba is spared in True Pacifist so keep that in mind.
>I also think you're putting too much weight on her commentary on Asgore, that whole bit was, again, just parroting what Chujin thought about him and his actions
I don't and can't buy it. After having slept on it, everything Ceroba says about Asgore is too meaningful and accurate for you or the game to write off her feelings as denying reality and her actions as a way of keeping her family alive.
Stop fricking spamming this shit, I'm slowly wanting to play it to see if its actually good or undertale green
>Undertale Green
Is that a thing?
Yes and it's crap
So I just started finally playing this after weeks of considering it, tired of the Deltarune wait. I'm at Dalv's house now, wondering why nobody ITT's talks about this chill homie and only about the dumb furries I'm about to encounter.
Sorry anon, but he's about to become absolutely irrelevant for the rest of the game.
He does tie into the backstory but it's a pretty subtle detail that's easy to miss
At least he comes to snowdin and you can visit him while he's in the process of moving
he's extremely one note despite being chill (mostly due to being forgotten by the plot for the most part), and his design lets him down pretty hard being an adventure time/homestuck mashup
if he had gotten a makeover from the demo to now it would've helped big time, because whenever people see him they immediately dismiss him because of his looks
He does feel like a leftover character of Yellow's earliest development days hence the more amateurish design clearly inspired by what the teenage devs were into at the time, and his lack of connection to other elements of the game
Dalv barely has anything. Meanwhile if you want another handsome man, there's pic related coming up
Should have been the final boss instead of the forced oriental b***h.
Is Deltarune the HxH of video games?
>the oasis cafe was actually supposed to be a real shop
huh, neat
You can go in it in Genocide can't you?
You access the oasis cafe in genocide as a "shop" in genocide, cucking you from playing Mew Mew Kissy
On a scale of 1-3, how would (you) rate your encounter with the royal guard, anons?
10
2 because no free sex
1. Let a child kill himself at the end.
This is the ending the devs denied us
Played it and went through it with pacifist in mind. Was a mistake. Ended up quitting during the final boss (pacifist) because it sucked.
At least Toby was smart enough to force the Flowey fight on the player.
As I've stated before; the game has a distinct lack of MONSTERS and instead showcases a cast of DeviantArt OCs.
Your outcomes are
>Suicide is GOOD! (the developer's pet ending)
>Halo Reach Ending
>Flowey kills you and gets bored
>JUSTICE (You kill everyone, take the souls and leave)
>As I've stated before; the game has a distinct lack of MONSTERS and instead showcases a cast of DeviantArt OCs.
What's the difference?
In Undertale's Snowdin you get
>A feathered drake that tells puns
>A weird orb that turns into an ice cube if you steal its hat
>Various dogs/wolves patrolling territory
>A skull-faced deer with decorated antlers
Meanwhile in Yellow's Snowdin you get
>A seal(?) that's always sleepy
>A crab using an igloo for a shell
>3 penguins stacked on top of each other
>An ice cream cone, but the ice cream is an orb of knowledge
Yeah I saw them talking about it here. Kinda surprised any of the devs would show up here of all places
>was a bit too rude
Personally I didn't have a problem with the art, even if I get why Toby's unpolished art is more charming to others.
For one thing I do appreciate the characters, being more, for lack of a better term "on model" and the animations as you pointed out here.
>Yeah I saw them talking about it here. Kinda surprised any of the devs would show up here of all places
Tons of indie devs use this site, but only a few of them would admit it
that makes complete sense to be honest.
Its a shame that forums died, they were far better for conversation than anything social media could offer
also scottfalco is mad because bad
What a frick-up.
>and how the entire point of genocide in undertale is it’s not supposed to be fun or fair.
I remember him saying that he didn't like genocide in Undertale because the EXP and LOVE acronyms were stupid and couldn't take it seriously
Imagine if they actually made Martlet have no legs.
Ahem
Toriel's design isn't far off from what you'd expect from older stylings.
Wouldn't be out of place if Toriel was something from Jim Henson.

>"hey mom. i know dad said not to use this soul stuff on me. but what if we did it anyway lmao"
>Chujin used reverse psychology
>It's super effective!
I think a better comparison benchmark isn't with Undertale but rather Deltarune, that's the Toby Fox game with the more detailed designs and animations.
well yeah that's the game where Toby Fox wasn't in Andrew Hussie's basement alone with no one except Temmie to help him with art

have a big birb
god DAMN it I WISH she was happy in any ending
mommy
I was banned when I believe you were the one to ask it, but Zenith Martlet isn't much insanely taller compared to normal Martlet if you consider that the battle UI is in the same perspective. Martlet and Zenith Martlet are seen from the same distance and so Zenith Martlet is probably like 3-4 feet taller at most
At the same time her feet alone are WAY bigger than the yellow soul which is around ~half the size of clover himself so bare minimum she's pretty frickin huge
I don't think the heart in the battle hud is to scale in relation to Clover
doesnt it do that directly in the flowey fight?
*because that would make a lot of the attacks coming from other monsters be completely off scale considering we see the overworld sprites for other monsters
Flowey is cheating and isn't using the normal Battle Hud
If we're gonna use the in-battle attacks as evidence than that means Starlo can somehow fire six guns or more at once.
magic anon, magic
So that's how clover learned to fire 8 shots from a 6 shooter without reloading...
Clover just reloaded.
Counterpoint:
fair. I concede.
Erm actually, a big bird for you is nice to look at, imagine getting a lift from Zenith Martlet and all the fun little things possible
These really do read like a cope from Starlo who is mad jealous he wasn't the final boss of genocide.
Holy shit she's fricking BIG
Nice.
Thank you. I appreciate catering to my fetish with cute birb.
Now draw the hot size difference sex that comes right after this scene.
>Now draw the hot size difference sex that comes right after this scene.
That would be like throwing a sausage into a hallway

It's so Clover for me, the Martrot has fully settled in.
If you think it's Clover, wait until you advance to Cerotbra.
>Implying I don't have both already
Let your mind be consumed by the azure rot.
I liked the extra detail of her shredded clothes being there.
I love how many possibilities Zenith Martlet has for depictions outside of genocide route, unlike her inspiration. Can someone do a Chad Zenith Martlet vs the Virgin Undyne the Undying?
>the Virgin Undyne the Undying
not when bird stacy is done with her
Anon, why would you say that?
>implying martlet isnt also a virgin
She took my virginity when I was just a wee lad...
martlet is too pure. she probably doesn't even know what sex is
She's not THAT naive
Do you think Martlet has a pre-written guidebook on how to have sex that she'll bust out when the time comes?
Probably
Go away toby

Since she's so huge where does she go to use the bathroom now?
You are treading dangerous ground
Does she do it in the woods or does she do it in Asgore's garden to spite him?
Monsters don't poop or pee, anon.
They would if they eat surface food.

Borrowed a save from an anon on the archives, but I'm about to get into Meta Flowey. Wish me luck.
Would you stick it in one of those holes?
I saw a Kanako the other day.
Horrible creatures.
why are there only bad endings
dying is an objetively bad ending by the way
genocide is probably the closest ending we got to a good ending as clover manages to free the human souls and escapes the underground . not a good ending for the monsters tho.
After Clover tells everyone what the monsters are really like, the monsters will be wiped out by the human army anyway.
Genocide chads winning again, helping the mosnters by freeing them from their suffering.
They weren't suffering anyway. Their "overcrowding" problem can easily be fixed by just digging more.
They just brought it on themselves by murdering several children and planning to commit genocide against humanity.
>monsters dig deeper into the underground
>they unearth the bones/ruins of another civilization
>they realize they're not the first race humanity has banished underground
I don't think the underground is entirely physically underground, the barrier is magical, and while it has a ceiling it's edge seems to be an endless abyss.
So it might be more like the Neath from Fallen London, an island in a sea of darkness located within a giant cavern that's also sorta another dimension.
So who knows what's bellow them.
Hell.
Things that should've remained buried and forgotten.
>They weren't suffering anyway
In UT you can tell they kinda are, but they cope really well with it.
In Yellow you can hardly tell there is any suffering in it. All monsters seem chill and like they are having fun. Which makes Chujin come off as really autistic honestly.
They should've made him like that shopkeeper from the Wild East, and have him be a war survivor who still remembers the surface.
Chujin’s a boss monster so he theoretically could still remember it, his aging would have stopped at adulthood until he had Kanako.
Yeah but if you focus your whole game on places where there is no depression, it's hard for me to see there is any depression.
I think "my work sucks" is a little less compelling...
Specially since monsters can apparently just sign onto the Royal Guard with very little pre-requisite according to the game.
>I dont think Chujin is ever mentioned to remember it.
Pacifist dialogue with Martlet makes mention that Chujin was in the the thick of the surface human shit.
>But Kanako's death is entirely their dumbasses' fault.
Ceroba plunged the needle, but humanity put them in this position.
>I think "my work sucks" is a little less compelling...
It's not just my job sucks, it's that nothing is changing and we can't do anything about it.
>Specially since monsters can apparently just sign onto the Royal Guard
To do what? Wait?
>Ceroba plunged the needle, but humanity put them in this position.
Btw my argument isn't that Ceroba and Chujin are blameless, my argument is that literally nothing about them would have happened if not for humanity, and that Ceroba's heel face turn was too quick.
>humanity put them in this position.
A position that made them discard basic scientific practices and use their own children as test subjects?
I really don't agree. Its like saying your car got broken down in the city, so you have no other choice than steal the parts to fix it in order to get home.
There are infinitely less stupid and potentially destructive solutions to the problem than the one we were given, that's why people can so easily rewrite the kitsune familys story in the first place.
Chujin used himself at first because he was a boss monster. He explicitly asked Ceroba to leave their daughter out of it, but she recognized that Kanako was also a boss monster and was desperate. She isn't blameless.
Depression is subjective, you see a few of it but only if you look for it. If you're the type that places the game without checking for all the nook and crannies/look at someone else play, you'll never get those
I interacted with everything in this game. Except the "Talk" button in the overworld menu because I literally did not notice that until I replayed the game, so i might've missed some stuff.
I just don't see the depression aspect at all.
I caught on to the "I hate my job" thing, it didn't feel that serious to me. In UT you also face a lot of monsters that are unhappy about their untapped potential, but they end up in a better place once they reach the surface, according to the credits.
So I felt like I got the message.
In YLW it's more like they are just...whining
>Pacifist dialogue with Martlet makes mention that Chujin was in the the thick of the surface human shit.
I really don't remember this though. Could you provide a screenshot?
>I just don't see the depression aspect at all.
>I caught on to the "I hate my job" thing, it didn't feel that serious to me
Did you ever spam talking with Martlet and Ceroba? They have a lot to say about being trapped down there. Couple this with the other NPCs
>Maybe I'll go work in the mines
>Maybe I'll move to Wild East even though there's frick all to do
I'll give you that the game could and should have lasered in on this more than it did
>Did you ever spam talking with Martlet and Ceroba?
No
I specifically did not found out about that feature until much later. Which sucks because I WOULD'VE read all of it
I vehemently disagree. I thought the game did a fine job with it, particularly with all the NPCs complaining about the lack of work, or not enjoying their work.
>In UT you can tell they kinda are
Where? I haven't touched it in years, so I might have forgotten some things.
I know that the monsters are unhappy about being trapped underground, but they don't seem to actually be suffering.
There are one or two mentions of overcrowding, but that can easily be solved by digging more. It's like Minecraft.
>It's like Minecraft.
Anon, digging is actually really hard.
its not at all
In real life, maybe, but these are monsters that run on magic.
how would feel being trapped in cave all your life, knowing that you were born and will die in there.
Because some cowardly butthole species were afraid of you, despite the fact that they easily beat won the war without suffering any lost.
You would probably get pissed-off each time you think about it. You may think that life down there isn't so bad but's it's not like you have any option other than to take it.
Asriel in his powered-up form couldn't defeat Frisk just because Frisk refused hard enough. Sealing the monsters underground was an act of mercy, since the only problem that the monsters had was being sadge.
The monsters murdering several children and planning to genocide humanity just because they were sadge just shows that the monsters deserved to be wiped out.
This, it's a justified mercy killing to wipe out monsters. Although they deserve horrible suffering worse than death too for killing human children.
Frisk got the determination of an actual god, (you) the player
>how would feel being trapped in cave all your life, knowing that you were born and will die in there.
Do I get a qt3.14 monster waifu? If so, I doubt I'd mind it that much.
only if you work for it, and also. This is not /hmofa/, so you are a monster too.
And you better hope you get to be a humanoid monster, you probably don't want to get stuck being an immobile snowman.
Cause I don't see you surviving in the underground as fallen human.
>Cause I don't see you surviving in the underground as fallen human.
That's where you're wrong, anon. I won't just survive, I'll thrive.
>Cause I don't see you surviving in the underground as fallen human.
The humans that fell were literal children.
and they all died minus the one that had a literal god (you) helping them.
yeah but ya know, those things are not canon anymore and yara yada.
Starlo's entire foundation is to make sure people don't think about the fact they're sealed underground with no hope of ever going outside
so what, human overpopulation caused the human extinction but not for the monsters.
No. have a nice day.
you first moronic terrorist
>If you aren't a malthusian, then you are a terrorist
kek
>not a good ending for the monsters
GOOD
so, heroic cliffhanger
One of the only lessons I think aspiring fangame devs shouldn't learn from yellow is the best ending having to still follow canon
It's already non-canon, let people be able to have the best ending for your mc
>It's already non-canon, let people be able to have the best ending for your mc
So genocide?
Or at least don't rush the ending. Something like the RDR ending would have been fine for Undertale Yellow.
could've just had the canon ending be you dying and done something special with a non-canon pacifist ending. the one thing that held back UT yellow was wanting the make the pacifist ending the canon one for some reason
How fat is Martlet's pussy? Probably harboring a bulge in her panties, that fat pussy hussy
Zero. It's practically invisible.
Gotta dig through her dense pubic feathers to find it. It's how Zenith Martlet can walk around bottomless in public with none the wiser.
Better gift her a pussy pump then
You mean Cloaca
I'd rather she have a pussy
Too bad.
Are there any good fics of the UT story but with Yellow's characters involved?
Be your own writer
God I wish I could skullrape Kanako's melted down corpse in front of Ceroba then while she's bawling her eyes out rip them off and start fricking her in the eye sockets. Justice for Clover and the dead children.
homie
Mald more, Monstergay.
Ow the edge.
Just imagine how good it would feel to gut Martlet with zero LV and EXP so that she can see and feel it all, then frick her gutted corpse as she bleeds out, her punishment for betraying Clover.
mooch smooch
I've only played pacifist but I was so sure this frick was going to be super villainous.
She's just a silly little thief
Imagine a threesome with Mooch and Dina.
Just make sure to leave your wallet at home.
I'll fill it with an inch thick of monopoly money and they'll be none the wiser.
Monsters are right because they have cuter women.
have a nice day racist cumbrain
>racist
>xenophile
Yes.
birdmommy
have a nice day racist coomer
you first autist puritan
Shooting Starlo's kneecaps out then decapitating Ceroba and fricking her headless corpse through the throat and then her head through the bottom hole where it used to connect to the body. Justice for humanity.
Is it really justice if you don't create a laser beam with your dick
I've been a justicechad ever since I got stabbed in the back in the true pacifist ending, but this kind of gruesome fantasy is just edgy.
What'd they see?
The alcoholic abusive futa mpreg stockholm syndrome rape posts.
Did you call?
They've just seen Signirsol's lewds or they've seen the sequel to Kanako green(
)
or both or both and something else too.
there is a sequel?
Does my writing really provoke that reaction?
Yes, it's very lewd.
They would all be embarrassed.
It's delightfully adorable and incredibly lewd at the same time. There should be more of it.
I think that's just how anyone would react at reading fanfiction of themselves/ of their friend.
just like in real life....right? everyone has at least one.
in the context of the game cast finding a story about clover being mindbroken by cute foxgirl smooches, it's basically just missing martlet trying to shield clover's eyes
catti's parents are just overenthusiastic
I now covet a fic where Martlet takes advantage of Clover to mindbreak them.
Why.
Because its cannon that Clover breaks down in the face of female affection.
Okay but why mindbreak? What sort of mindbreak?
Affection based minbreaking, the most wholesome kind.
Anon... I don't think you understand what "breaking" means.
Reminds me, I should probably write something about that as well.
Thanks for the reminder avatar poster.
you're genocides
>There's another ending???
Total monster death. Justice for the 7 children.
The only justice for Chara is killing humanity on her behalf.
Chara is male however.
have a nice day. Chara was an omnicidal maniac.
>The only justice for Chara is killing everybody on her behalf.
Either way, I'm killing people of behalf of my daughter wife.
Industrialisation replaced slavery a long time ago. Using monsters is a moronic idea.
Sexing the female monsters, however, is a brilliant idea.
Were they actually ALL children or only some of them? The game doesn't seem to be clear on that.
iirc toby said they were kids in an old tweet
He also said all tweets are non-canon in another tweet.
He was shitposting about weird nursery rhyme videos that used his characters.
The coffins were all child-sized.
>another genogay edgelord melty after the last thread's really embarrassing one
I wish this portrait of Ceroba was used in the game.
post smug birb
would hug
>zero happy endings
frick off with this shit, prequel or not
>he wants "le powuh of friendship" ending.
sneed
yes butthole I do want the game to end with anything other than pointless suffering no matter which ending you pick
again , "le powuh of frendship" is that you wanted, hahaha.
It wouldn't be my first pick but it'd still be more palatable than dead fricking last, i.e. GUESS I'LL KILL MYSELF
I could have fixed Ceroba. She was surrounded by weak immature people. She needed a man to show her what love was like again. Being 100% unironic. She'll be my waifu for the year.
Legit 100% agree with this. She can be fixed and deserved to be fixed.
Exactly. At this point I've essentially replaced that ending with that one anon's fic in my mind because the True Pacifist ending is just so unsatisfying with the way anything concluded.
>that ending with that one anon's fic in my mind because the True Pacifist ending is just so unsatisfying with the way anything concluded.
What fic
I think he's talking about The Same Mistakes/Cover Up The Footprints, you can find it on AO3.
The Same Mistakes and Cover Up The Footprints in AO3
https://archiveofourown dot org/works/52346218
and
https://archiveofourown dot org/works/52554199/chapters/132936427
It's good?
It's so good, it should have been the actual ending.
Good? Nah, even better.
It's what it should have been.
I hope the anon drops that eight-chapter they were talking about.
>I hope the anon drops that eight-chapter they were talking about.
Please be patient. Also it means a lot that people recommend my work. Thank you.
>Please be patient.
Sorry, I meant not haste.
Just didn't know if you were going to do it or not.
Always work at your own pace dude. Can't rush perfection afterall.
I'm not a furry but man she would get it and a ring too. Love broken women.
I love this game. However I just found out there is an update that makes certain fights easier. I am trying to get through geno ceroba and between having work and other household shit to do I can't get it done before I leave.
Mooch my beloved
her and miner gf need more stuff
Where is the wiggling from, ingame for fan made?
It's uhhh
https://files.catbox.moe/gr24xg.gif
Huh
Lmao this is adorable, goofy, and sexy. What an unhinged femoid, I love her
Those are some sad breasts.
They're big for her size.
But anon, massive fricking honkers that're easily hidden are the best
Saggy breasts that lack volume are hot though
Of course she would
They'll spring up once someone gives them attention
No they aren't. What the frick are you talking about?
She looks like she would enjoy fooling around with a human man
>She looks like a monster
Thanks, anon, I couldn't tell.
Okay but why does she need to get naked to eat the rocks?
In case someone catches her in the act
porn.
s-slower!
slower!
>Axis crushed the ballet dancer's skull
Total monster death.
I'm saving Yellow for my binge of UT/DR Chapters 1-2 right before 3-4 comes out.
It's sad to know that I may not even play Yellow this years because I'm saving it like this. For the love of god Toby please grant us release sometime this year, I can't take another year of waiting.
literally just play yellow right now it has no bearing on deltarune
>it has no bearing on deltarune
Just wait until you see who your chapter 5 party member is
I would forgive Toby for everything if he not only added Martlet but even made her a companion.
reposting these because im a shill, and i think last time the thread was basically dead, and i want godotanon to see it
i might do more of this but im kinda satisfied with the amount of dust kanako stuff i did. the two colors here was a fun limitation to work with. any good projects pertaining to this game, i'd be glad to help with, so lmk.
this is pretty good anon.
My favourite expression is the angry one at the bottom left, she looks extremely bitter.
>not one happy expression
This hurts my soul.
That's why you gotta be the one to MAKE her smile
>I NEED wiener Clover
The black part of her face is meant to be like a human face? Its seems that it doesnt have a snout
it's mainly supposed to be shading, so the more destroyed part of her face is partly obfuscated by the dark
>i want godotanon to see it
I did see them previously!
She's LITERALLY Berdly's mom
Actually, she's my mom.
More like aunt, or sister, Berdly wouldn't be as dysfunctional if Martlet raised him.
This. Berdly would be much better off if he had a dorky but caring mother.
His mom likely doesn't give a frick.
Why does everyone in Deltarune have at least one abusive/neglectful parent?
Because it's a game about sad/troubled ppl finding escapism that helps them cope and better their IRL situation.
The easiest way to make children sad/troubled is by giving them shit parent(s).
Gotta give Noelle credit for getting all the shit ever. Neglectful and authoritarian mom, dying dad, missing sister, creepy neighbor that you don't even know you can call friend.
Don't forget she's been stalked and groomed by Gaster and Spamton.
Who might also have a hand in her sister going missing.
What?
Is it on steam?
Gamejolt only
Ok, that's actually better.
Is there a guide or something? Just google it I guess?
Did the other humans come back to life at the end of Undertale? Or did their souls just move on? If the latter I dislike the True Pacifist ending in Yellow even more, Clover just agrees to fricking die for a chance for some people he just met to be happy. That's a step beyond empathy it's just stupid. If Asgore killed him in a fair fight that'd be different.
>If Asgore killed him in a fair fight that'd be different.
Exactly.
Their coffins are all open at the end of Undertale's TP route so it can be supposed they were all revived by Asriel.
I know that perfectly well, but it isn't relevant to my question.
>So why did Toby Fox do that?
>Oh why would my Black person fox do that?
You're so pathetic, play a real game.
>So why did Toby Fox do that?
Pacifist is the big happy ending, would be a bit of a downer if 6 human children remain dead.
It's an even bigger downer that Asriel can't be saved and yet that's explicitly shoved in your face.
I think Toby considered it fine for Asriel to stay as a flower because he didn't die
It's a fate worse than death.
I think he'll be fine as Flowey
>It's an even bigger downer that Asriel can't be saved and yet that's explicitly shoved in your face.
Yeah. But you gave him solace. Even when he turns back into Flowey, he still remembers the feeling of caring.
And he knows he wasn't wrong when he stopped Chara from killing those humans.
Ig that makes it less akward for the monsters to have to explain that there are 6 children bodies laying on their castle
But we never get the slightest chance to know anything about them, and he's perfectly happy to let Asriel be trapped as a flower for eternity.
Flowey got a ribbon from his homie Clover in the winter alarm clock dialog
This is canon
Honestly, I don't get why they made the Asgore fight unbeatable. I get it, muh canon, but still.
I choose to believe the other humans came to life, but even still, Clover had no way of knowing that lol.
They're probably doing fine. They probably don't even think about Clover at all apart from occasionally laughing at how easy Clover was to trick.
Does anyone actually get use out of the coffee bean ammo in yellow? Or just speed boosts in general, I can only think of 1 attack that I want more speed against and its genocide only in a fight where bullets dont work anyway (Axis' chasing static shit)
>it actually was always her hair
>determined
she is going to melt
HOW DOES HER SNOUT FIT IN THE MASK
IF I TAKE IT OFF WILL SHE DIE?
Her snoot has to be short for it to fit.
Damn, she's really beautiful...
Have you looked at the rightmost and bottom right one? It looks like her muzzle is short enough in concept art.
her talk sprite has big snout though.....
and so does her side profile overworld sprite....
why does it look like she has smb1 mini mario in her basket
i know it's corn but still
>no tail
>they gave us a side profile confirming that the mask makes her snout shrink
>confirms she goes DBZ mode but stays as a full on moron
My sides
Surely she's just hiding her actual tail under her robe, right...?
I guess you could call it that.
Nope. It's Cerover.
She is hiding a front tail 😉
i love her
the true tragedy of ceroba is the lack of fluffy tail
they are dust and Clover is a mummified corpse
i like it.
is dalv supposed to be a librarian or something?
looks like your average book writer. He probably is since he was writing children's books in UTY.
alright yeah that makes sense.
so maybe a proper book themed dark world for DRY's library?
>kanako and cole enter the library
>actually fall down into a dark world.
>two halves to the dark world. first half is the "child safe" section, filled with darkners that you'd see in books for children. has a very pastel theme, most of the characters and environments look like they were from popup books. if you pay very close attention you can sometimes see dalv's signature on most of the child safe darkners
>second half is the "literature" section. filled with darkers that portray proper characters meant for regular stories, design theme looks more like it was drawn by pencil can crayons or paintbrushes.
>schizo boss is https://arch.b4k.co/v/thread/663153183/#q663231840
>but instead of origami she's a book with a main character that goes through many different personality changes due to constant rewrites that fail to keep the main character consistent.
Martlet looks like she's on Star Trek
Dod they put Chujin in a fricking Huey cuck chair?
Amazing.
so chujin is wheelchair bound in this?
He was so racist one time he lost all movement of his legs
Asgore did it.
>Clover
Kris but with a fascination towards guns and a piss yellow soul (should probably see a doctor)
>Kanako
Explain to me in detail Ceroba's foot paws.
5 toes, sharp nails, pads on the heel, arch, and beneath each toe.
What's the full image of this?
https://files.catbox.moe/84nvd5.png
You can also find it on e621
what's e621?
Are you 12?
A type of salt with glutamic acid attached to it, making it a little more savory.
>acid
you now have clover's attention.
Chujin got Clover hooked on drugs.
Then you get Martlet doing this
So that's why Chujin's in a wheelchair.
If your dick isn't big enough to reach Ceroba's throat from the tip of her snout then you don't deserve her.
explains why she pegged Chujin
But he had a huge dick. It was like ten inches. There's no way it couldn't reach, right?
More like ten centimeters
I wonder why. Did Chujin gave himself AIDS again
Or did he built a robot that suplexed him and broke his spine
Nah that's just because he had a really great ass.
oh my god
It's kinda fricked up that this is a setting where every living human just drops a chaos emerald when they die
Human civilization would be an untenable hellscape
Sex with bird and kitsune.
Which one?
and shopkeeper
and miner
>Hah, is that a character that isn't human?
>In a game that isn't about sex?
>I'm so quirky for wanting to frick it
EVERY UNDERTALE THREAD FOR THE PAST 10 YEARS.
It's not being quirky, it's having good taste.
And no one.
NO ONE
Can stop me.
You chose perhaps the single worst pic to attach to that post.
Oh no. I've got worse.
There is a better timeline where people mostly make porn out of the human versions of the characters.
But in that same timeline something equally as bad is happening elsewhere.
>better timeline
>human versions of the characters
>Ask Humantale
anon, humanizing monster characters ruins the appeal in the first place
people want spider puss puss, people want goat dick, people want flower dual genitalia (yes, this means R63 flowey is technically possible).
people want fat brat cat, people want lesbo break lizard, people want fish, people want CTRL SHIFT ESCAPE Cat lady, and so much more to name.
>anon, humanizing monster characters ruins the appeal in the first place
I am either too autistic or not autistic enough to understand.
I just wanna have sex with other humans.
If I have any liking to a non-human character physically it's for their personality and for the mental translation my brain has of what they would look like.
But it's fine. Again, there is something equally as bad as dual floral genitalia in the other timeline.
>I just wanna have sex with other humans.
Leave.
Based
not him but hear me out here:
>tear out soul
>wife tears out her soul
>you two give your souls to each other and shove them back in
>sexo each other with souls in the opposite bodies.
or soulless body sex. or soul bondage. or doing things to your partner's soulless body while the soul can only watch
honestly a lot of possibilities arise once you actually think about human souls and just what you can do with them.
Pretty sure none of that works human on human since humans don't have any magic.
kris can tear out (you) at will, logically a normal human can remove their own soul at will if they actually know how
This is Undertale and not Deltarune THOUGH.
deltarune is an official AU of undertale where monsters were never sealed underground, anon.
We already know the rules of magic and monsters work different though (Susie bleeding, using Toriel using the stove instead of fire magic).
Susie mentioning bleeding is kind of an oversight since a monster also asks Kris how is it like to be made out of blood
>He doesn't know
what...
what did they meant by this?!
It is so joever...
I wonder if monsters still turn to dust when they die, or if they are just buried with their favorite object.
Monsters are implied to still be made of Dust in DR, for some reason Sans, who is probably from DR and Susie are the sole exceptions.
Human-monster half breed theory grows stronger by the day.
That sprite was unused THOUGH
And even if it was actually used, the question remains if that's just Susie who bleeds or all monsters, because again, one of the other monster kids asks Kris about blood
It probably was unused, because it would confirm for sure that Deltarune monsters bleed blood too early.
Deltarune monsters aren't dust. Undertale monsters are.
they are made of dust. talk to the bunny in the apartment in chapter 1.
did you even play the game? stop theory crafting if you havent.
They aren't made out of dust you dummy, you're being japed.
>Verification not required
then who the frick is japing? is it susie or the bunny kid.
But Lancer also mentions that his insides are all jumbled up if you beat him via fighting, implying the existence of something resembling organs.
But he's a darkner, so who knows..
Darkners are different from Lightner monsters. Lancer is the one who got the bucket "for the blood" in the first place, which implies that he bleeds.
But then Darkners also turn into red mist when they die...
Sans doesn't bleed, it was the ketchup, that he mentioned eating before, spilling out of him.
That theory is fricking moronic
Anon... The only ketchup in the underground is monster ketchup, which is made of magic.
It is instantly absorbed by the body when consumed, the scene also isn't played for laughs, and not to mention it spills out of his mouth.
Besides all of that, it's true that the hex code for the ketchup and the blood is the exact same, but that's because it's one of the stock MS Paint colors that Toby used a lot when making sprites. Sans' blood has an equal chance of being Asgore Trident juice as it is of being ketchup
magic is still canonical in DR, its just not used in hometown because its a religious place.
>kris and catti doing occult (magic) stuff together
>kris's comment on the magic book in the library is that he's disappointed on how most of the tricks require floating hands or orbs (something that only makes sense with magic)
>kris's search history relentlessly looking for how to do magic ( + we know that his biggest desire is to be more like a monster = ???)
>noelle commenting on how she wished she knew healing magic, not wishing that healing magic was real. its not as strong of a point, but its just a little more evidence for the pile.
>however the frick kris summoned us in the first place
>dark worlds being a thing.
there's also the fact that if the rules are the same, then magic is still poison to humans, so it wouldnt be used as commonly because monsters and humans are together on the surface.
everything we know points to susie being a hybrid or something similar
>can resist your will and completely derail how things are supposed to go, something that ralsei and noelle cant do
>is the only monster to mention blood casually
>one monster just assumes kris is composed of blood like UT monsters are composed of dust. so why is susie different?
>kris and catti doing occult (magic) stuff together
I thought that was regular "teenage occultist" stuff
>kris's comment on the magic book in the library is that he's disappointed on how most of the tricks require floating hands or orbs (something that only makes sense with magic)
Her and Berdly's reasoning to opening another fountain made it seem like magic was an impossibility in their world, but maybe it's the same as daydreaming of having a Yacht -- not impossible just unlikely.
>however the frick kris summoned us in the first place
>dark worlds being a thing.
I'm sure we'll find out what the case is in the next chapters, coming out 2027.
tbf monsters don't seem to have magic either.
We need more info on the world to be able to judge how much of it dictates UT's logic.
I'm still of the belief humans lost the war, cause I think that's an interesting scenario.
pretty sure that not something everyone can just do, and seeing how kris walks it's probably very painful.
I'd imagine it feels like you haven't sleep in many days, you body wants to sleep(die) but you keep pushing through.
Otherwise, kirs would always go soulless all the time
did you not play deltarune or something my dude
the only way i could see that stuff not working is if it turns out kris isn't actually human, just a human-like homunculus, and that's why he's able to do shit like tear out his own soul
what if you and your wife are a wizard?
might be on to something
Deltarune's two sexes one ending?
Human women can't be wizards.
I prefer letting my monster wife who has no experience with souls at all hold my soul in her hands and feel it's warmth as the ultimate show of trust and love
Four leafed hands wrote this post while snuggling their fox wife
I was actually thinking of a susie fic when I typed that lol
It fit better with noelle since she's the canonical pairing for the player.
It even has mindbreak, metaphorical rape, and forced marriage.
True but the fic i was thinking of straight up didnt go off deltarune's story
https://archiveofourown()org/works/34928995/chapters/86981875
>canonical
That's dumb.
Reminds me of those noelle soul sex posts from back when snowgrave was discovered.
Good times.
This is 100% true too, it's far more romantic to do SOUL related stuff with your monster wife than with some gay human woman.
The most based of hands.
Reminds me of something
jesus christ
This is what romance shills try to say sex with love is like. Total bullshit, for a mind altering experience like this it requires drugs. I don't know what type of shit people are on who sing the praises of "making love". I also refuse to believe that emotional attachment = superior dick sensations. Makes no sense.
ngmi
>phone rings and your monster wife accidentally absorbs you
now you've lost your penis
way to go dumbass
save the extremely romantic gesture for your deathbed
physiologically speaking though, isn't a character like ceroba basically just a human's anatomy with more hair? i don't think it's that deviant, she essentially already is "humanized"
this guy however, im afraid is too far gone
It is less deviant, yes. But that also makes it more common.
So while you seldom see nsfw Flowey posts because there are too few people into that. You'll see a lot of Ceroba's, Marlet's, and Dreemurs', because they are all just human enough.
It's a double edged sword if you are not into furries.
I've started genocide in yellow so much I brute forced the fastest solutions for both light cube puzzles, which was actually pretty easy as both of them are solved without ever needing to pick a block to your left
what's some cute loveydovey couple shit i can sketch of adult clover and kanako?
so far I got:
>brushing out her tail
>kanako dressing up as a cowgirl to surprise clover
>more snuggling with handholding and ear nibbling
Clover and Kanako playing with their kid
kanako and clover sitting on the couch watching something, doesnt matter since whats on the screen wont be visible.
but kanako's tail is wrapped behind clover and he's using it as a lap pillow
Kanako teasing clover about being so much taller than him
TRUE
Clover strugling to lift Kanako princes carry style
Clover & Kanako double dating with Ceroba and Starlo.
Shopekeeper and Anon.
Ya gotta work in Ceroba getting tail-mogged by her daughter somehow
Clover & Kanako double dating with Ceroba and Martlet
this but replace martlet with me (as in me the user writing this post)
martlet's 22 inch pythons....
>martlet's 22 inch python
>she only lifted one arm
lol
Uh, yeah, let's go with that.
He was talking about Martlet's massive futa wiener
What happens to it when she gets the jab?
I'm still not over the big guns Martlet's got going on here.
this but make their kid a kemonomimi like picrel
sauce???
why are people shipping clover and kanako they never meet
Yeah but what if tho
It's an easier sell than shipping Frisk and Asriel.
>it's cute
>almost definitely would have been best friends if they had meet
>it's cute
>a true synthesis of east and west which is what the game's main motif is about
>she's cute
>they both deserve a happy ending
>it's cute
also the deltarune yellow idea talks probably didnt help.
>It's cute
No, it's Clover.
Too afraid of embracing the developers cannon mini giantess + /ss/ combo with Martlet and Clover.
>mini giantess
Did they stutter?
Because it's just cute and they SHOULD have met
I WANT TO MARRY CUTE NAMELESS SHOPKEEPER
I WANT TO LIVE A PEACEFUL LIFE WITH CUTE NAMELESS SHOPKEEPER AWAY FROM OTHERS!
I WANT TO LISTEN TO CUTE NAMELESS SHOPKEEPER TALK ABOUT ALL HER INTERESTS AND HOBBIES!
You lift that hat so it stops shadowing your face right this instant young man.
no.
yeah thats right homosexual hide ur ugly face with that hat
o-okay..
Not you, silly
Its okay anon. I know how beautiful she is. Gazing upon her for so long sears the eyes.
For the last time, her name is Kodi
Well now she is not so interesting.
Thread artists, draw Honeydew shopkeeper nudes, do iiiiiiiiit
So, why do you think Sans is implied to come from Deltarune? what is going to happen in chapter 7 for Mr. Undertale the skeleton himself to actually do something that would get him trapped in the Undertale universe?
I always thought he looked suspicious in DR too. I don't doubt that he comes from yet another place.
Sans Nutdealer? Sans Nudealert?? Sans UNRELATED???
Papyrus is the knight, that's all you need to know
Sans Undertale and Sans Deltarune are actually two entirely Unrelated characters .
Does Deltarune have green grass
>Shopkeeper saying Sans and Papyrus just appeared out of nowhere in the Underground one day
>Sans implying he came from somewhere he can never go back to
>His secret room having a picture of three people with the words "Don't Forget"
>Recent sweepstakes with Sans and Papyrus ends with the latter mentioning remembering green grass before his life in Snowdin (the only area in the Underground that has this is in the Ruins), which makes Sans uncomfortable and he immediately ends the Q&A
Something definitely happened to Papyrus, right? There's no way he was always like this.
Some people are just born autistic, anon
DR implies Papyrus was originally quite shy or introverted since he refuses to come out of the house
Too busy being The Knight
Nah Kris is the Knight, or if that's too obvious then multiple people are
I love when the ROARING KNIGHT, removed himself revealing that he was both Gaster, Dess, Kris, and papyrus.
The events of the dark worlds happen out of chronological order with the events of the real world.
>The Roaring Knight created the fountain in the future and it appeared in the past
Kino.
>The final fight in Deltarune left papyrus brain damged
>Before that he used to be a cool skull knight
>Papyrus upon meeting you
>what is going to happen in chapter 7 for Mr. Undertale the skeleton himself to actually do something that would get him trapped in the Undertale universe?
He will fall into his own creation...
FR tho it's very fricking clear as
pointed out, that Sans comes from Deltarune.
Red herring or not, it could not be more apparent.
I actually have to wonder what people think the point of all those things are if they don't think it's about Sans being from Deltarune.
I get it, theorists are annoying. But this isn't a theory at this point, it's just paying attention.
If he too is from DT, and yet has no idea what the sun is is... I think he already has the autism.
Damn it bois! Shes on to us! Cheese it!
>gaslight route where you tell everyone you meet you're not a human, never fight anyone, and make it to asgore who promply kills you
>YES! I AM!
>Kitsunes grow tails as they become wiser
>Chujin has a tail
>Kanako has a tail
>Ceroba doesn't
BROS?
she fricking stupid
She does though
that's offmodel, both in official concept art and ingame she doesn't have a tail
Then offmodel noncanon is just better
A fox girl is just incomplete without a tail
its literally because she's fricking stupid
The ketsukanes are 100% touhou inspired Youkai Kitsunes and they gain tails when they grow older and wiser + are immortal (which is why they are boss monsters)
Ceroba isn't a boss monster, Chujin and Kanako are.
Yes 😉
All I'm getting from that paragraph is that Ceroba is quite young.
And stupid
Sure but I think you're taking this tail thing too literally. The paragraph in the image posted even stipulates "some" stories. I'd bet my year's wages Ceroba doesn't have a tail because the artist liked Ceroba without a tail.
well so is Kanako but Kanako is a smart child who likes videogames, can paint and sculpt masks, and has a tail despite being like, 5.
Chujin also has a tail
>they gain tails when they grow older and wiser
>Kanako's a fricking twelvie and already has a tail
>Ceroba's probably in her thirties and still doesn't
Holy shit how fricking moronic is she
>she is still essentially an animal and is often regarded as such by other characters.
That's rude as hell.
>That's rude as hell.
She deserves it
She (like all youkai) deserves dick.
That's just fan art isn't it? They drew Starlo with a tail too which is noncanon
She thinks I'm adorable. That means were getting married right? Thats how monsters work right?
That means you're getting raped.
POOR! SHES A PEASANT!
I dunno it seems like all monsters that are adult sized are missing large sections of their brains but she cant be as dumb as Ceroba right?
Martlet means well but she's kind of a goof
She's still better than Ceroba in that regard.
Hey!
You don't talk to my wife like that.
That's MY wife anon.
WRONG! She's MINE!
BullSHIT. Let's do this!
You asked for this FRICKER
She's MY lovely wife!
I COULD HAVE SAVED HER BROS
MOTHER FRICK YOU
*evades*
*teleports behind u*
*unsheates katana and stabs u in the back*
nothin' personnel... kid...
Sans is such a cool character, I'm so mad he became a tumblr sexy man for literally no reason and he's now tainted because of it, I KNEW a girl that wanted to frick Sans in real life and that has left me traumatized
>* I'm literally just a fricking skeleton
Did you at least bone her
While she was quite the looker I could never see her as a woman after she told me she wanted to frick Sans
That sounds like a you problem anon
To be fair I don't think it's too far out there to suggest that adult Papyrus still has his bedtime stories read to him
That's it, I'm blocking Ceroba out from all of your RUDE and somewhat called for comments about her.
