Most games work very well, even on day 1 (or like a week before day 1 if they're leaked). Mario Wonder was perfect. Some larger, more complex games like Zelda TOTK take a week or two of improvements before they run well, but they're still playable day 1.

13 Sentinels? Not for me at all, I hate VNs and rarely do strategy.

smt v on release crashed once every 2 or 3 hours for me (on yuzu, I hear ryujinx didn't have that problem)
but outside of that it ran perfectly
