You clearly aren't a real FS fan. MP was always a key part of the game going back to Demon's Souls.
They fricked this one up by keeping the peer-to-peer connection model but my unjustified hope is that they keep supporting the game long enough to make better PVP in their next title. My even more unjustified hope is that they make another Armored Core game before the heat death of the universe.

Hopefully it won't have the stagger bar and weapons will have actual range.
And hopefully they'll remove hard-lock. Or even better bring back the lock-box that's unique for every aiming parts or weapons and could be improved with extensions. ( At the cost of EN ).
Frick hard-lock it should be an optional extension draining a lot of energy when used.

Armored Core V had a good enough pvp to keep a community alive even today. Japs are still playing the game.

The core is awesome. It requires you to use really low en draw parts or huge generator but it has one of the best booster adjustments in the game. If you want to take a hit AND dodge forever, go basho

Probably that one where you blow up the fuel tanks unless you can beat any of the final bosses quickly and mostly using melee to keep ammo costs down.
