They also unbanned Quaquaval, Iron Hands, Hisuian Lilligant, and Ceruledge
Seeing Garchomp and Heatran drop to UU just feels wrong.
I feel like the gays running this shit need to redo this because UU is gonna be unplayable

OU is donimated almost exclusively by Gen 9 pokémon

How does a mon upgrade from uu to ou? Is it also an usage threshold? If so, with that many mons on the tier, wont it be really hard to do so?
Its only based on usage, thats what UU and OU stand for.

Yes. the teirs are usage based. If a Pokémon is used enough in a teir, it stays in that teir. If it’s isn’t used enough it drops down to the next teir below. If a pokemon is too good in a teir but doesn’t receive enough usage to go up to the trot above it is BL. (Something to good for UU but not used enough in OU is UUBL).
Note: Ubers is technically OUBL.

They always felt strong, yes, but very balanced.
3 turns is all you need and the stat boosts remain
3 turns of abrsudly high BP moves that also increase your stats is absolutely all you need

The scars of dynamax still weight heavily for me, it was the first time I had to take a full break from Pokemon because of how bad it got
We aren't in a better place though, I'll concede that but I'm quite stubborn on the idea of taking another break
Smogon should deal with the fact that Gamefreak stopped giving a frick about singles after gen 6. Nowadays it gives 0 fricks things like gambit, gholdengo and the pardox forms will never be balanced for singles. They are so strong that having them on your team is the equivalent of having 3-4 megas.
Seems like a skill issue to me if you can't predict simple shit like dark becoming ghost/flying/fairy when against a fighting type or pokemon that usually runs fighting coverage.
“Lasting 3 turns” when each team only has 6 Pokemon max and can raise stats, summon weather, or summon terrain.
Gen9 meta is more balanced than 8 (or 5), yet also much more powercrept than those two.
I still hate Garganacl bros. And Dondozo.
