Where's Valis but it's basically porn?
Very cool but the PC-88 and MSX games have issues. They will need a remaster.
These Valis collections are all over the place with which games are in which set.
Is there any games stretch goals?
The latest post says they're considering stretch goals, but they only hit the goal in the past 24 hours.
I can emulate all of these for free.
Or you can support those games, so that we don't live in an environment where companies make games exclusively for normies.
>supporting the re-release of games made in the early 90s by irrelevant companies
For what purppose? Are they going to rhe money to fund a new game? Why shouldn't one just emulate them?
First of all, even if this selling well led to a sequel, they would "modernise" it. Second, they also wouldn't understand what made it good, they're just searching for a franchise they can capitalise on. Third, I'm sick of nostalgia baiting shit like this, all they're doing is trying to be as risk averse as possible.
If someone wants to make money by making something, they should have to make something new thats good. Especially if it's art/media. The artistic industries have been stagnating for a while now, and I refuse to financially support one of the biggest symptoms of it.
Wow, all easily emulated games (For free) great
These cheap rom dumps should
have an enhanced mode included, other than respecting the creators and [s]hoarding[/s] collecting, there's no reason to buy them
>Please just one or two more makuake campaigns for another collection of random Valis games, then we'll totally make a new game, honest!
It's a better fate than ValisX was, but still... actually do something with this IP besides re-releasing roms.
>Super Valis (Super Famicom/SNES)
Isn't that game already on the Nintendo Switch Online SNES app? Are they gonna have it removed from that service in the name of this collection?
It's overkill at this point I think, the best games were on the first compilation. I've been told the 8-bit Valis games are actually not very good, but w/e
So is Yuko's hair literally meant to be blue or is it just a stylized way of drawing black hair?
I really like the MSX games but make no mistake they're jank
266 people really love valis
on average that's 19176 yen/$131 per person
3 people out of that paid 200,000 each. Signed by the VA, a steel mug, artbook, name in the credits, and the game. 10 available.
The most popular tier was 23,000 for a CD, art book, and download code. with 126 purchasers.
200,000 yen or $200,000?
yen. Even with the exchange rates going to shit you can knock off two digits for a quick USD conversion
the ol' trusty method
They should just make a new game or something at this point, I really don't think most people care about Valis on MSX. That or perhaps Konami or someone can step in and give us a proper TurboGrafx-CD compilation that isn't tethered to an Amazon-exclusive mini console
>collection 3
They couldn't fit them all on one disc?
Please be understanding, cannot afford to pay for a large capacity switch cartridge.
>Valis PC88
>no Valis 2 PC88
What is their problem? And while Valis 2 is kusoge no matter the platform, MSX is not the "best" version.
They're saving it for the fourth collection. Prease understandu.
Surely you mean X68k
>For this part should we draw dog or cat?
>Yes
