If you walk in a straight line or aren't paying attention, sure. You can move your head hitbox, you can listen for shots and time it, you can coordinate with your team, you can spam his location or suspected locations.

I don't even play TF2 anymore but to call it dead when it's in the top 10 steam played every day is a pretty big cope.

people who get stuck with hackers just need to kick them or switch to a different server, or go to community servers, the last few games i played in casual were fine and didn't even have a bot join once
