I couldn't even beat the fat chicken on the bridge
I played Dark Souls for an hour before concluding it wasn't for me. I can't stand getting lost, being massively punished for a small frick up, and repeating sections again and again. I'm perfectly fine with games that are designed to be beaten
That's alright man, plenty of other stuff out there for you
Honestly parrying is nice but not a necessity. Most people I've played with online never even attempt to parry. It's generally not worth the risk of parrying and whiffing and eating partial damage when 100% shields are so readily available.
Plus a lot of enemies in mid to late game of souls style games are incapable of being parried anyway. That's one of the reasons I love bloodborne so much, pretty much EVERYTHING can be parried, start to finish.
If an merchant npc moves or becomes unavailable in any fashion I load up an old save then just cheat in gold and items from them.
I then make posts on Ganker about the game being too easy.
I went through DS2 without parrrying even 1 time. Plan to do the same with elden ring
I own a PS4, PS4 Pro, PS5, and a PSVR with a PSVR 2 preordered
Damn all those consoles and still no games
i killed godskin duo with the bleed bug
I did that by accident, didn't even know about the bug until I looked it up afterwards
I have played most fromsoft games. Never have played a souls game.
Supremely blessed, anon
i played DaS without finding the estus flask until my friend showed me how to get it
Did you mean to say DaS2? I did the same thing. I don't remember exactly how far I got, but I played for a good, long while without an Estus flask because I didn't find the lady initially. She's dressed in dark green, standing off to the side with her back to you, and I had no idea there was this extra person I was supposed to be looking for. I traveled all over the town and spoke to everyone EXCEPT her. I was really curious when I was supposed to be able to level up, and I think I might've ended up looking it up online.
DaS1 i got kiled by the ball on the stairs and just didn't even think to go back to that area b/c i already had a club. i knew literally nothing about souls back then besides a friend who said it was like diablo, so the whole idea of not being able to buy potions was completely foreign
i am the one who doesn't turn on their mic in a multiplayer game
I will never consume video games with inhuman goyslop in them
>quick use the reddit buzzword
Become an hero

have a nice day, AI-tard

Kys
>implying reddit would use a word rooted in antisemitism
I didn't learn to parry even in the first dark souls so Gwyn was a challenge.
Ended Atelier prologue (exam) with 22 savefiles because of time and minmaxing
Forgive me Sister, for I have sinned. I almost never actually learn how to play games and just win through "gamer intuition" or exploiting AI, I then go onto Ganker and pretend like I know what I am talking about when I really only know the very basics. Finally despite being this lazy about even using the mechanics in games I still have rarely ever played a game I would even personally consider hard and so I just mindlessly agree with what seems to be the consensus on difficulty.
I was also way more sexually and mentally attracted to Rin than the other three girls in Catherine: Full Body.
I prefer playing games alone then with friends, I can't stand other people in most games and prefer to not play tard wrangler
understandable. das1 parrying is the easiest it ever was.
I haven't played Elden Ring. And I got lost in Bloodborne. Didn't enjoy it wither.
Nice AI image bro. Prompt?
I spend more time complaining about games than I actually play them.
I force myself to play through the Mega Man series despite not liking most of the games so I can complain about them.
I tend to judge games after only a few stages.
I've spent about $5,700 USD on buying games since I got my job last year. I've realized just how nice it is to not HAVE to pirate. I can just fricking buy a game and set it up to download and then it just runs when I get home.
I've also found that console gaming is significantly more enjoyable for me, I just turn the shit on and play, no updates, no settings fiddling, none of that. Moonlight is great for pc but it still doesn't hit the same.
>I just turn the shit on and play, no updates
Pathetic LARP
I mean, I turn on automated updates. Steam fricking refuses, or windows has to auto update and never does it at a reasonable time.
Games naturally have updates but that's a universal fricking Black personhomosexualry that has been imposed upon us.
I mean, he has a point. Even if the end result is much better on PC, it is also true that setting some games up is a complete pain in the ass and often times needs obscure workarounds or 5-20 minutes of googling. Other times they'll just run badly on systems randomly because everyone has different specs. Not to mention if you at all play Japanese games where we very rarely don't get a shit port that barely even functions. Console is objectively easier, that's why it is so popular to this day. If PC was easier we would see literally everyone get one.
AAA titles excluded from all this because they always suck down to their foundation.
After getting my ass kicked about 50 times, I cheated myself to a higher level to beat the final boss in DS3. I was just so tired of grinding in Anor Londo, and wanted to make the fricker hurt.
I played Nier Automata and skipped every cutscene because it was so transparently written by a jap with a very loose understanding of philosophy
also I bumped down to easy from hard during the 9s route so I could equip auto chips and let the stupid phone game tier hacking minigames play themselves for me
I've never used a single cheat in GTA. They ruin the fun of the game.
I've bought games just for porn I've seen of the MC's that I liked and felt bad to fap to because I hadn't played the source.
I have a video game Tulpa that I love very much.
In any rpg I play with choices, I always wait until guides or detailed wikis come out before I play so I can follow them and get the best outcomes for quests or get an ending that I like.
Anytime I started having difficulty in game, or was on a losing streak playing fighting vidya, I start to have urges to jerk off.
i have 137 days played on old school runescape
I enjoy Destiny 2
