Based to a degree. What I don't like is that Goblin women just turn out to be short, green versions of human women. They can be attractive, somewhat, but if you take away everything that makes em goblins, why bother?
This is my take on gobbo girls, where through some miraculous reason, goblins are able to crossbreed with humans, the traits of being a goblin are mixed but not repressed. Goblins should be feral, stinky, and evil and only slightly less so through repeated interspecies breeding. Like genetic traits from dogs.

Middle is super cute. Right is only ugly because of the short hair and fricked up teeth, i can dig a big schnoz. Left is kinda boring, looks like a standard yordle.

I agree that goblin girls should be less conventionally attractive (but them being conventionally attractive is fine too). I think if you're making female monsters anyway they might as well be attractive in some non-conventional ways just because if you wanted just ugly monsters to kill there is no need to make any visibly female variants. When you start thinking about female monsters I feel like you've moved from the idea of monster slayer to monster layer.
