Mitsuo getting out of juvie 20 years later could be kino. He's had a long time to reflect, and was on the brink of awakening a persona. He'd be a cool antihero, cooler than Adachi. Mitsuo has more to reflect on than Adachi and Akechi combined. His sense of "nothingness" is a well of kino.
