The event trees for this game are absolutely mind bogging with the number of variations they have. Like the mid-point of the game has an event with 30+ variations and 2500+ lines of code based on 40-something variables, why did they bother? I don't think I've ever seen a game juggle so many conditional states before and for so long before, its both impressive and depressing at the same time that they didn't put that effort into something more important and enduring than disposable wank material like this.
