If you are ever ambushed by a pyro you are a certified moron. There is literally zero excuse in any situation as any character that a pyro can get the jump on you.
Just buff the Dragon's Fury. Remove the awkward delay on the shot and make air blast normal. Make it a direct upgrade to the flamethrower but it requires skill to pilot. There's no reason to keep it in its half aborted state. And if you HAD to keep up with the stupid side-grade shit just give the air blast a smaller hitbox.
It would be worth using if it did 141 on burning targets and didn't extinguish them. The speed boost is gay, I'd rather two shot a heavy after lighting them on fire.

Pyro is tied as the slowest class in the game, and every character in Pyro's speed tier either shouldnt be mobile or kills pyro first in the 1v1.
