Controllers are better for modern shooters because the "aim assist" (autoaim) is so intense. The games play themselves.

not sure if that's still the case anymore, many games nowadays have such strong aim assist it pretty much overshadows mouse aimers, games like halo and apex where the average controller user had much higher accuracy compared to mkb users. I don't play those games but I think that's where the trend is going since big corpos want to make crossplay more mainstream for the big bux
