Welcome to the tech industry, where you are put under NDA the second you enter it and those contracts commonly last over a decade+. The reason you are finally getting videos from DYKG about cancelled projects from the Gamecube era by ex-Retro staff is because it's only been now that many of those NDAs have finally expired with Nintendo (So we are looking at 15-20 year NDA contracts.)

I can't say which browser we worked on but you've definitely heard of the browser. How your data was treated in regards to that is beholden to the company that owns and operates the browser, not us.
I imagine that NordVPN and ExpressVPN are big enough to just work on their own product, but for smaller companies like mine we relied on contracts for larger companies. I haven't kept tabs on my old place of work, but I believe since the time I was there the company rebranded and pivoted to primarily working on contracts and abandoned the commercial VPN.

The real irony is I don't think Golden Sun dying had anything to do with Dark Dawn's shortcomings, but entirely just where it came and when. Even if it was a much better game, nothing would really change and it'd still fall into obscurity. If it was roughly the same game, but made to be a 3DS launch window game instead of late DS, then they surely would've made that sequel at some point in the following years.
