Turn on the AC, idiot.
American cope
My AC is broken. It's also a shitty portable model because I live in Los Angeles, which is a giant, glorified slum. They won't even replace the disintegrating plumbing and electrical infrastructure that hasn't been touched since like the fricking 30s.
>current year
>living in los angeles
Were you dropped on your head as a child
thats literally nothing you fat american mutt
Yeah i'm usually just chilling outside with my Switch or Vita during hot summer days. Paire with a refreshing beverage this can be really nice.
>”alright time to game!”
>sun glare just destroys any resemblance of a game on the screen
I just use an awning in that case
>moved to a new place
>tried desperately to figure out how i can arrange the room so my screen isn't getting blasted by the window
>literally no other choice
i hate it...
Temperature ain't shit unless you've got 90%+ humidity to go along with it
this is very true, it's all about the humidity
? its 40 degrees outside but 23 inside, whats the big deal?
you dont live in a fricking mudhut from the 1940s do you?
Not OP but as OP said earlier he lives in LA I know what the problem is.
along the coastline, and several miles deep, of the entire west coast, every house is built with absorbing sunlight in mind. Like contractors for the last 100 fricking years have thought we live in the goddamn Himalayas. I'm suffering with a house built in '85 right now in WA and this c**t sucks up sunlight like a sponge and just broils us alive. We can't get the heat to leave the building. We crank the built-in AC and use a portable unit with windows and curtains shut - still isn't enough.
There's really nothing that can be done about getting too hot in homes like this. They do maximum testing of the heating but not the cooling, because these people are idiots who think they're exactly the same thing.
Start doing siestas.
Its gonna get even hotter when the solar flare erupts. Hope you enjoyed your time as a human, I know I certainly didn't.
>tfw it's 10 degrees hotter inside of your house
That's because all of your electronics, including the fan you're presumably using to keep yourself cool, all generate waste heat.
