I still remember how moved for lack of a better word I was when I first beat frozen throne, god the credits were so cool. The portraits of WC3 were filled with so much personality that a jpg in other RTS games can never replicate, same with Starcraft.

You still need a CD key, though I'm sure there are billions online. These are the official downloaders/installers with Blizzards own no-cd applied to the game.
They axed the download pages when they released reforged, but the files are still literally served from Blizzards own CDN. Online doesn't work, but you can physically Lan or VPN Lan online (Hamachi/tunngle/etc)
I should note that you can use any fricking CD key you find anywhere, at no point is the game actually being authenticated because you aren't interfacing with battlenet at any point.
