Arceus confirms in PLA that each Arceus you see in the games is simply one of its many avatars it has running around
We've also most likely never seen the "true" Arceus, unless its giant glowing form from the very start of PLA is meant to be that

It is. That was the whole point of the game opening up in Its dimension - so it could tell the new and re-iterate for the previous players that it is in fact the God of the Pokémon world, like Game Freak had stated back in Gen 4 (else they wouldn't have bothered creating or implementing it).

Its pretty obvious Game Freak are tired of making remakes, a lot of ideas they threw into ORAS could have easily been used in a sequel title instead of a remake, and then they just outsourced BDSP, while making an original story in the Sinnoh setting
People who for some reason are still begging for more remakes are 100% going to be disappointed if they do anything for Unova, since they most likely are going to do something way more interesting then simply remaking the games

I didn't say that and Legends was basically a remake of DP - reused MC, reused plot, re-used npc designs. They were going OW though, so binned off making a top-down, grid-based remake at that time to allow the entire studio to get experience working on OW-style games (those who didn't work on Legends worked on SV after all). They may well pass off BW remakes and do something similar to Legends. But they might just do something in the style of their re-visits to Kanto and Johto, which is evidence enough they're not wholly done with grid-based remakes.
