I mainly only played with AK47, M4 and some snipers, but they all felt very similar to me. Maybe all the other weapons did not, but I never touched those. The main thing that annoyed me was how pistols felt in MW2019 compared to CoD4. Netcode, lag compensation and hit registration has been ass in almost all CoD games for more than a decade at this point. I don't think it will ever be fixed, unfortunately.

How would it interact with battle pass/challenge unlock guns? As an example I was playing MWII earlier after months of never touching it. I unlocked the guns I missed in previous seasons by completing their challenges (e.g. get 30 headshots with assault rifles) - you can also unlock guns by getting them in the pass or by having your friends help you launder them in DMZ (long story)

Tactical sprint, sliding and attachments on guns does not make a drastic difference. MW2019 is still the closest to CoD4 we have had since 2007.

Oh I actually completely forgot about that. Now that you mention it, you're right though. I remember that Grazna Raid map being particularly bad with all the windows. I heard they fixed all this shit later on by closing off a bunch of doors and windows, but I had already quit before that.

I mainly only played with AK47, M4 and some snipers, but they all felt very similar to me. Maybe all the other weapons did not, but I never touched those. The main thing that annoyed me was how pistols felt in MW2019 compared to CoD4. The deagle in CoD4 was so fun because of how fast you could shoot it, but in MW2019 it was more like a one-shot kind of gun.

How would it interact with battle pass/challenge unlock guns? As an example I was playing MWII earlier after months of never touching it. I unlocked the guns I missed in previous seasons by completing their challenges (e.g. get 30 headshots with assault rifles) - you can also unlock guns by getting them in the pass or by having your friends help you launder them in DMZ (long story)

Almost everyone bailed after mw2019s release ofcourse so new devs got leaved with good base but instead of using it and improving they simply changed shit for sake of change because they believe they are better designers because of their ego. Basically mw2019 was a base designed and made by actual industry vets but those jumped ship almost instantly after release.
