Something of which he fricking helped cultivate by making the last days of T7 a counterhit launcher fest where you just melted from 1 interaction. The pro players picking infinite azure and then spamming KBD was as a result of engagement being too dangerous at that level.
Movement SHOULD be better if the heat system is gonna exist but it fricking isnt for some misguided reason on thinking movement scares off casuals or whatever.
