The loading times of MHW on the current gen consoles are extremely fast, like 10-15 seconds to load into a hunt. As for frame drops, there are some occasional hiccups during cutscenes or when flying etc, but during the actual hunts or just running through an environment, the game is locked to 60 fps on both PS5 and Series X. Not sure why you'd be lying about this when you can just look up framerate and loading time tests on youtube.
