I'll start. I actually really like that early pokemon designs were not obviously based on a single animal. It made them feel less like Animal + Element and more like their own entirely unique creatures.

I'm okay with anthropomorphic pokemon.
This isn't just controversial but you should definitely have a nice day
hey buddy calm down telling people to kill themselves is pretty controversial.
they're just underages
This but for fighting types with actual martial arts or athletics themes
I love jobmon starters, I find them much more fun than "just a random thing that roars and stomps"
I'd like to see new natures that include HP. Gives more flavor and maybe build potential.
That's pretty controversial.
It's really only controversial here. The themed starters have been very popular.
rhydon, nidoking/queen and kangaskhan are the full embodiment of what constitutes a "pocket monster" for me. their stout, bulky designs are perfect.
Based, plus TTar and Aggron, although I admittedly wouldn't want an entire gen of just this sort of pokemon.
>I like that early pokemon were not based on a single animal
I know (or at least hope) you don't mean EVERY early pokemon, but
>Krabby
>Seel
>Horsea
>Sandslash (literally just a Pangolin with slightly pointier edges)
And probably more I'm forgetting. Basic animals were just as common as the kaijumons in gen 1.
I'm aware. I'm not a Genwunner, the first pokemon game I played to completion was Gen5 my first pokemon game full stop was actually a hand me down pokemon gold I got from my cousin, but the gameboy it came with was broken and couldn't save, so I never made it past 3rd gym.. I'm referring to Kaijumon, but also pokemon that are based on an actual animal, but take heavy enough artistic liberties that it isn't just straight up "Animal but cartoon" like Tentacruel and Diglett.
Pokemon reusing ideas/concepts/species/types has never bothered me at all.

Nice bait, have a nice day, Pokemon have always had singular inspirations
I can't tell if this is the worlds highest effort baitpost or if your reading autism/reading comprehension is actually just that bad, but either way you're moronic.
Also Mew was based on a fetus and clefable is based on a fairy.
also what kind of fricked up Rhinos have you been looking at, last I checked they weren't bi-pedal, venomous, or pocessing rat ears
Every single gen has improved on the one before it, except gen 2, which is the only gen easily worse than the previous
There's nothing wrong with lewd anthro pokemon art.
I'd sooner cum to a Blaziken with anatomicaly-correct asspussy than one with humanoid breasts
Good art can make even the ugliest Pokemon look great, and change my mind
