It requires a level of comprehension and actually playing through most of the game to figure that out and nobody who complained about racism in the original played beyond the opening town area, if they played it at all and just formed their opinions from the trailers/gameplay footage. For story purposes of course, the identities of most of the white villains couldn't be revealed in pre-release materials. Now a remake may be different since everyone knows Wesker is the baddy, they'll likely put him front and center in any trailers, and the big Jill Valentine reveal will probably also be shown before the game even releases.

7 and Village are about the E-type.
Just one problem with that movie gay. RE5 doesn't use a virus, it uses the Plaga and the Plaga isn't a derivative of the T-Virus in the games.
