The foregrip is also pretty low, he could just grip the area below the barrel. Finally, the trigger grip should be more pronounced, he's obviously holding it in a way where he isn't ready to fire but his hand is somehow covering the entire grip
His knife sheath should probably be tied down and he needs a crotch protecting plate. Also probably a helmet (he can carry it strapped to his hip)
