Visual Snow/Static Syndrome. Started getting worse over the past year, really hard to focus on screens when my vision sometimes feels like im watching youtube on 480p
Id say dyspraxia on account of having absolute godawful motor skills with my wrists. But then again ive seen people own on fighting games with nothing but a leg or hand. so Im clearly a scrub.

You won't improve much by just mindlessly playing. You have to train and challenge yourself.
sometimes I get anxious and touching my head calms it down. makes playing with a kb and mouse a pain
