my fricking ally runs it at like 50 with FSR, I don't buy that the 4090 is having any sort of meaningful trouble with it, unless it's got hyper-maxed raytracing bullshit (like jedi survivor)
The game is fricked. You need to reset the game each time you change graphic settings or you will get horrible performance.
Also for some reason using DLSS/FSR gives you like 5-10% more performance which isn't worth it.

There is always one or two cars that, if you don't pass them before the first corner, are basically unbeatable at my skill level because they are so far, while the rest are slow as frick.
This is a challenge, not some fricking Dark Souls. 🙁
Also, the selection of stages...where the hell is that map in Swiss Alps? Instead I have to play Virginia Raceway, which is looking worse than some local roads in Albania.
Pretty impressive for how simmolar it looks to 7. Next gen games being underwhelming is an overstatement. They don't look better, they don't even pretend to run better, why are they here?
