A while back I started making this map in Minecraft, and was hoping to eventually make a whole NG/prisoners dilemma within it, but realized I suck at command blocks and redstone so I gave up. I also would have liked to make actual escape rooms puzzles.
I currently want to make all of DRV3 as the school itself has continuity in and out making it possible to build.
Yes. Not his fault his budget got cut and deadline got pushed and we ended up getting a half finished game. He did the best he could when he was half way finished with making the game then got told it needs to be finished by next month.
Yeah no. It was his decision to go for full 3D with a small budget and an inexperienced team. And the game is so bad that the presentation is the least of its problems.
What annoys me the most is that Spike Chunsoft did give him competent 3D developers right afterwards for AI The Somnium Files, they even named themselves Team Zero Escape for Nirvana Initiative and included the full 3rd class cabin section from 999 remade pretty well in 3D as a bonus. Why did they have to cheap out on the final game of a trilogy?
>Were we too hard on ZTD?
There is literally no physically way the twist works, the camera shows every fricking angle of the ALL the rooms, and I don't mean the gameplay camera I mean the cutscene camera. Every single inch of each room, except perhaps the large main room, is seen via the cutscenes, there is literally no piece of floor that a man in a wheelchair is sitting just of course at any point.
Hes in every single scene though. You see his shadow often, see his blood splatter, hear him scream etc. In the Team Delta missions most of the cutscenes are from his POV.
999 was never supposed to get a sequel. He did what he could to appease the fans, but didn't get the support he needed to make the sequels great. I suggest watching the show Captain Fall if you want something similar to Zero Escape.
Ushi thinking that a mindhacking steve job-looking villain with funny sunglasses who is always there but outside of camera view was a good idea is the funniest shit to me.
there's a reason why Danganronpa was a success and Zero Escape wasn't. Kodaka worked within his comfort zone while Uchikoshi was overly ambitious. Zero Escape literally the Yandere Sim of death game based visual novels. Look at Ace Attorney. Never tries to be overly complicated, but got loads of merch and sequels because.. uh... because...
what am I doing here? Why do people betray each other ? If you can't trust anyone.... then everyone should die.
>there's a reason why Danganronpa was a success and Zero Escape wasn't
Stopped right there. If you think its because of the quality of the plot you are delusional. It's all about how easy it is to get into and how appealing at it is at first glance. Also the amount of waifus/husbandos you can ship.
I get Sigma is a decrepit old man but if I was in the AB game I'd just beat the shit out of anyone that tries to play mindgames with me. I'm at BP 1? Guess I'm knocking Tenmyouji the frick out then. Clover got 6 points? She's getting rugby tackled, she probably betrayed and has 9 now. I'm going full Axe ending right out the gate.
>The game with the ending where one of the characters literally sat around for years and did N O T H I N G when he could've stopped everything from ever happening
hahahahahahahahahahhaha no and that's not even the worst of it
So the correct choice for the Prisoner's Dilemma is to always pick the greedy option, right? If 10% of the class picks +6 then everyone loses their bonus points, whether you picked+2 or +6, so you may as well fish for the biggest reward.
It's all dependant on how well you know your opponent. In a class of students that likely have some rapport with each other, you can probably take the chance and go for the 6. If you know of a few scumbags in there and can be certain that they'll grab the only 6s available, 2 is the next best option unless you specifically want to frick them over at your own and others expense.
ZTD was great at story telling, and the puzzles were solid. I really enjoyed the piano key puzzle.
The art style was stupid, and I wish you didn't "select a scene" but instead just play until youmhit a dead end like the other two.
It was more entertaining than VLR.
The worst take. Gtfo
Might be a fair complaint. I played it on an emulator so I just fast forwarded through those so I wouldn't know.

>tzd
shut the frick up hohol russia will win
The game was fun. It had better puzzles than 999 and was less annoying to do other routes than both VLR and 999
Le mind hack man twist is unironically kino as frick. There are still no twists from other detective games has reached this level.
Considering how fricking shit Code Rain is, yeah.
Alien time machine sex.
>it's been 7 years
nope
still not hard enough

I'll never forgive Uchikoshi for ZTD. All of that hype just for him to completely frick the script up.

10th player where?
Its because he moves with the camera dummy.
obligatory
Fricking kek
I'll never forget those threads, they were absolutely amazing

Phi >Akane > Luna > Lotus > Clover > Alice > Diana > Mira
I once had sex with a Phi cosplayer I met at Magfest. was the best sex I have ever had. Haven't had sex ever since.

I WAS PROMISED SNAKE YOU FRICKING HACK
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
No, it was deserved
I didn't enjoy Somnium Files either, but that might be just me
>I didn't enjoy Somnium Files
Same
hmm.... I only have $100 to make a sequel. I better make it all 3D and have full voice acting and jiggle physics.
why did Mira have a fully nude model when the games don't have any nudity?
Diana randomly saying ZERO TIME DILEMMA during the final cut scene
???????
No Uchikoshi game will ever get a single minute from me after ZTD.
well... he only has those 3 games so you are good.
No
the memes were hilarious though
REFERENCES!
It was Gab
And how could he have done it?
Wait, what do you mean jannies are dogs!?
It was Eric

2 points, gambling on a +6 when there's a promised +2

2 points, but since it's probably an American class 90% will pick 6 points

No, it is a complete memefest
