to all fatties itt, just stop eating, it's literally that easy, you dont have to exercise or move to lose weight, just literally eat less.
recovering fatass here, you may actually need to exercise if your metabolism is just that shot. I started going to the gym and making changes to my diet, and I'm noticing a huge drop in my weight as well as overall increased strength and a better mental state. I would even recommend exercising even if you are of a healthy weight. It just feels good, man.
too depressed to start exercising personally, also my mental state has been in the dumps for more than 20 years so I have no idea what it would feel like or mean to be in an "improved mental state"
