Smogon is bias against offensive because they see stall as the superior playstyle for some imbecilic reason, In gen 2 OU, Snorlax has 100% usage yet isn't banned. Somehow Snorlax isn't considered unhealthy for the metagame despite it legitimately being mandatory for any team to function you need exactly 2 different pokemon that check snorlax if you want any chance of winning which wasn't even guaranteed to work because snorlax ran a large number of sets. Meanwhile Darmanitan-Galar was banned because it hit hard and Smogon tards couldn't slot in a mon that had the ability to kill it in one hit. Like Choice band Scizor, Priority, Protect, Choice Scarf, Weather sweepers, Mon's that can just straight up take a hit and then retaliate like Buzzwole slowbro also fits this criteria, And if your opponent is banded, You can straight up outspeed it's 95 speed tier.
Listen anon, The fact that GROWL Miltank is considered a viable strategy in GSC OU Simply because it has a somewhat decent matchup against snorlax says more about how dominant the pokemon is than your snarky little comment ever will.

Banded Gorilla Tactics is the main reason for the ban too(with Scarf being the good alternative that also threatens opposing teams), so yes, it did get banned because it "hit hard"(but could also hit fast)

Being extremely predictable and locked down to a handful of uncreative archetypes based around mostly defensive play.
Players should not be able to build momentum and win off of it, instead the play should be based around extremely slow trades with little ability for sweeping.
I've seen a lot of people specifically in smash say it's when fighters are distributed fairly evenly through the different tiers and I think that's fair. If everything is good nothing is really good

"healthy meta" is just a buzz term for "what I enjoy playing." The game is "healthy" when the game is fun and that's going to change from person to person. Imo BW2 OU and USUM OU were the most fun across all gens and gen 8 is the only gen I particularly don't like. Not everyone feels that way and that's okay
Honestly 6v6 singles will rarely ever be "healthy."
Game is just not meant for it.
Its why entry hazards are so strong when 1 turn of set-up hits a full team of 6 as they swap around, why stall can exist as they can pivot around 6 different defensive mons, why Baton Pass got banned.
To me healthy meta was just hopping on the old DP gen 4 simulators where most people had no idea what they were doing and it was mostly heavy-offense teams trading revenge kills, with a lack of team preview so a key component came down to if you could conceal the surprise that could sweep your opponent until the right time.
A top tier bulky ground type.
