Yeah, it sucks, the phantom of former obesity never seems to really go away. The sagginess, the face that always looks just a little bit too fat for your body, the "stubborn" fat stores + associated sagginess which remain just disproportionate enough to look strange. It's nice not being a fat frick, but it's bittersweet knowing that I had a twink build under the layers of fat, something which I could've used to my advantage when that was considered hot back in the 2000s. At least all the e-girls loved me in elementary school before I went full fatass.
