Already read the first two, the Wafflehouse is a new one (for me).
Like I said earlier, frick that guy. Ok, "frick that guy" is a bit excessive, but I don't watch his stuff anymore, and I always disliked his over-abundant use of wojacks as thumbnails.
I once wrote a part of a storytime, Shadowrun Tale, but the main problem I had is that it's too time consuming for me so I stopped doing it.
Ruby Quest is a quest, which is like an imageboard based CYOA, sometimes with a particularly creative individual choosing to include visual aid. There's a whole board for them that nobody touches cause mods forced all quests onto it
As for Ruby Quest, it's one of the all-time greats for it. Google lists it as a webcomic cause the creator made a website to host it, and it's the easiest explanation for normal people to grasp what it is.

we dont get much more of these because Reddit has become the hom for these with its various subs, so most o these online stories get posted there because terminally online homosexuals want their updoot dopamine hits and the comment section where they can dunk or promote teir hugbox and echochambers.
Those are fricking garbage. Hell, the first two are complete shit that were spammed and forced here despite being poorly written trash, all in an attempt to establish some kind of legacy for themselves.
