The Danganronpa series (including the spin-off), Freedom Wars, Persona FES (get this over the remake if you can), Killzone Mercany, and CoD: Declassified.
Retroarch and adrenaline
Currently working on monhun freedom on it, battery drain is so slow
Of native games I enjoyed gravity rush, odin sphere, dragon crown, sonic all stars racing, fruit ninja (heh), pinball arcade
psp emulator looks worse than an actual PSP. It also stretches the graphics to fit the vita and its not 1:1. Definitely an aspect that people hype up but is a let down to anyone with any standards
Last i remember people were offering bounties to fix it and no one ever stepped up
here you go, you got any evidence this was solved? Lot Vita also sucks for regular emulation too. Its a big meme that not many people own so everyone just goes by word of mouth when this is the reality
PSP on Vita: Native Res, Full Color AND High Framerates Bounty ($740)
Hey guys, since the last post was deleted with no explanation, here it is again:
There's currently a bounty I want to raise awareness of, that consists of a PSP Emulator of sorts, like PPSSPP that outputs at native Vita res, and that uses the whole power of the Vita.
This is what Vita Nuova, as people are calling it, aims to be.
For people like me that don't know (well didn't, until a couple days ago), the Vita has the internals of a PSP inside it, like originally the PS3 had with the PS2 to get retrocompatibility. It's a pretty barebones solution for retrocompatibility, specially when you could have your games played beautifully as if it was in a high end Android phone. Thing is, using Adrenaline you only use this part of the hardware of the Vita while not using the better and faster CPU and GPU it has.
What previous devs who went through this bounty suggested was to:
Let the integrated PSP CPU do all the CPU work, like
Hardest and most important part: basically grab what PPSSPP did with the PSP's GPU rendering pipeline, and port it over so that the Vita's GPU takes care of all the graphical aspects.
This could be a total game changer for playing PSP games on the Vita, and it currently has ZERO people working on it, and a bounty of $740 for the one/s that make it. There was one guy named robots that worked on it for a little bit, but just a couple days ago he quit because he had no time.
Why would you emulate a game on a newer system that looks worse than the original system its on in the first place. Whole reason why the bounty exists is because its unacceptable in its current form. I get that you struggled getting a vita and going through the trouble of hacking it and learning the filesystem, but its a downgrade compared to a hacked psp visually.
Emulator forces the 130 into the 220 and it just doesnt scale correctly or divide neatly into it and looks like your missing lines of pixels. Maybe if youd actually try it and have experience with how the games look originally you can see the difference.

A pixel is a pixel. I have no idea what you're smoking.

Damn, guess my Switch Lite is not scaling the Switch games I play correctly since the pixel density is higher and doesn't divide. Or the PSP Go I bought, which doesn't divide neatly into an original PSP 1000 in terms of DPI.

The difference is that the psp emulation is just not done correctly, switch just simply doesnt have that issue
Switch games for switch console and psp system for psp games sound about the right recipe for good scaling. not some brute forced hacked shit on a different console altogether

If you have any semblance of respect for other people I would advice you to stop posting, you're sounding dumber every phrase.
Him copying a 4 year old reddit post certainly doesn't help. Regardless, both posters in this case are uninformed.

I’ve been enjoying the MGS remasters lately. I gotta admit, I love selecting items with the touchscreen but these analog stick suck ass for anything that requires precision. Are there any good picross games for this thing?
I remember playing Jet Set Radio being a pain in the ass due to the joysticks. The d-pad is pretty fire, though, one thing I miss going into the Switch.
I spent an insuffermountbale amount of time just to research this very question OP
Here are the hard fought results >1. Gaiden Sigma Plus >2. Stealth Inc. CitD >3. Soul Sacrifice Delta >4. Shantae: HGH >5. Air Race Speed
games?
Yes.
That is a weird looking phone.
The Danganronpa series (including the spin-off), Freedom Wars, Persona FES (get this over the remake if you can), Killzone Mercany, and CoD: Declassified.
>Persona FES
I think you mean Persona 3 Portable
Apparently Tearaway is good. I had it but didn't play it.
The ones that people begged for or still are begging for.
The Muramasa DLC, Oreshika Tainted Bloodlines and TxK are good exclusives in english that come to mind, if you want to feel restrictive.
Muramasa is fantastic.
One of the best.

all the games are good except the e-girl visual novel trash and Bolderlands 2
ps 1 games emulated with psp emulator
>no L2/R2 buttons
bad idea unless you have a grip
Kurohyou 1&2
Freedom Wars
gotta say this thing has a whole ton of games i would never expect it to have
just finished grim fandango remastered on it, comfy as frick
persona 4 golden with the unofficial patch
P4 looked so good with the OLED display, its still the best way to play the game in my opinion.

your problem is it renders PSP games at their native res? and thus it looks worse than... PSP games rendered at their native res on PSP?
Why would you emulate a game on a newer system that looks worse than the original system its on in the first place. Whole reason why the bounty exists is because its unacceptable in its current form. You've yet to explain how it looks worse.
And all you got is a bunch of "nuh uhs"
DPI on PSP = 130
DPI on Vita = 220
Emulator forces the 130 into the 220 and it just doesnt scale correctly or divide neatly into it and looks like your missing lines of pixels. Maybe if youd actually try it and have experience with how the games look originally you can see the difference.
