It's fun if you just expect a typical Bethesda game, and I got it free with my graphics card. One thing that annoys me is the research/workbench stations and how they work. I'm never going to remember to carry around Nitrogen or whatever the frick to upgrade my shit, and I dont want to just mark everything for pickup because it's already made me fill up my ship inventory with mats that I don't know what they're for anymore

I did like 6 hours of skilling crafting and mining last night. Stars are great for getting gems currently and cutting gems and crafting them into bracelets is how I'm skilling and making gp at the moment.
Got into Runescape about 2 weeks ago as an iron and I'm completely hooked, its swiftly becoming one of my favorite games just because of how comfy it is. OSRS doesn't focus on being a hyper-complex story MMO like others where 90% of the playerbase are in 3 zones and a hub-city.
I play in group ironman and it's lotsa fun. Got 99 Mining sometime ago.
Stars are fun mining, also Guardians of the Rift is good for runecrafting.
All in all, OSRS is comfy times. Something about the fact you are free to go and do whatever you want but also that quests unlocks fun new stuff is fun.
I hope you have lots of fun OSRS times OP! Setting goals is fun and best part of OSRS.
I should try and get back into OSRS, mainly to grind 99 RC because I'm a masochist... Maybe sometime.

I been playing hardcore wow with a friend. Has been really fun as a warrior and disc priest. Its the first time ive played classic too. Stance dancing is very fun
i could never get into wow with all the mmos I played, I know it inspired so many of them but for some reason I just couldnt mesh with it
Honestly if you think of wow classic more like dnd, it helps. Drinking water for mana is like a short/long rest, the min and max weapon damage is just like rolling a d8 or whatever dice for damage, and when a quest item dosent drop i think of my character damaging that part in a fight. I feel more immursed that way. Also weed gummies help
