Most approachable shmup for me was
Caladrius Blaze. Lets you mix up the powers from different ships so you can find a style that works for you. The art is sexy and the clothing removal mechanics make it fun to not get hit during boss fights. Its the only shmup i 1cc'd actually on Normal.
i always thought her character design was the absolute worst. Her face is more like a smiley i dont know how to describe it. The other girls have depth to their faces and she is just a few inked lines

I actually recorded and added some crude subtitles to the playthrough as well as the raw version. I got about 2/3rds of the way when my channel was deleted by youtube for being too sexy on other videos.

In the VN, the Cave shmups are treated as movies being filmed in a studio. Peoples names are references to ships, games, bosses, but it plays like a ace attorney game more or less.

The kinect thing, i read that some dev from Cave went bar hopping with some Jap Microsoft executive, and the guy begged him to put in kinect functionality.
Supposedly theres a version of DDP1 on it, but after completion of the game i didnt see it. I havent unlocked 100% cgs so that might be the ticket

Which version did you get? For me it was the Strictly Limited Games one because it had the new DLC pre-installed on cart, their cover kinda sucks though unfortunately.
just whichever version is on amazon, which yeah looks like its a different cover than the strictly limited one. it came with collectible cards and a booklet, which is more than i can say about 99 percent of switch games
