I didn't say ever game had a unique border. I said every game had it's own border, like it wasn't just a black void of empty space on the sides of the play screen.
Seriously?
This thing was sweet, there's built-in borders you can change to (especially if the game doesn't have any) and most of the built-in ones animates if you wait or enter a code (It's like a screensaver feature), which then if you press something, the frames freezes and that's your current border. There's also even a border you can draw on (but it doesn't save it)

You can change preset palettes and even make your own. I think it also supports GBP palettes, but I'm unsure, but games can be SGB enhanced and support multiple controllers for multiplayer, have special SFX and audio, special colors and even multiple borders depending on the situation
That thing was neat as frick
Also this level is literally impossible
What's the frame around the game?
Super Game Boy for SNES.
Pretty fricking sweet, every game had it's own border. Not all of them were cool or unique, but it looked nice.
>every game had it's own border
that's not true. Only a handful of games have unique borders.
not all of them did, but saying it was only a handful is disingenous too, there were over 100 games that supported them

I somehow went until now without ever learning about this...

Those graphics are an unfathomable amount of soul
You're thinking of the final boss.
Meant he was a fan of Windows.
shiggy if he diggy
shiggy don't diggy this
shit though
Stop talking about Miyamoto! He doesn't exist! It's just a prank I came up with decades ago, you people can't forget.
mole goatse
Unironically a bit too hard sometimes with weird difficulty spikes. Puzzle games should be fun
Dunno but I 'mire your shader. That caligari?
Shame how they never revived this
They kinda did with Zelda Skyward Sword
