Don't often play pure shooters so there's usually some abilities to be bound. I'll also bind sprint there as many games don't have toggle sprint and holding shift while WASDing will destroy your hand.
toggleable stuff usually. grenade type, fire mode, special abitilies, etc. or just the default forward and back if the game UI supports it. idk how I lived without side buttons before
Not usually for shooters but I use one of them for the Sega Saturn mouse in RetroArch for games like Policenauts.
The three main buttons are the A, B and C buttons but the side buttons are the Start button.
>Thumb 1: Previous weapon >Thumb 2: Previous secondary/grenade or lean left >Pinky 1: Next weapon >Pinky 2: Next secondary/grenade or lean right
You do have pinky buttons, right Ganker?
Mostly melee. I can't even think of what I bind to the other buttons
unbind them. I don't need anything more than m1 and m2
melee or push to talk
grenade or just a special slot
map, scoreboard and dpi shift for sniping
Reverse back time
I haven't really had fun playing shooters since Darkwatch
Dilate my anus while I'm programming.
grenade and fire mode
One for melee, and the other a random voiceline I can spam.

melee and grenade
I don't ever use them.
I just have one button on my mouse and it's bound to mute my mic
jump, crouch
Anything I fricking want.
I just bind them for 1-0 and use them for shooters where you have a large inventory
One for melee the other for grenade
Map and melee.
suicide binds in TF2
Spot, melee, throw grenade or use ability.
I switch weapons with them
Lean. I used to hate it, but actually really like freeing up fingers in my left hand.
homie, i gotta try this
I find that it works pretty well for R6 Siege and PUBG.
Rifle and pistol
I despise using numbers
Q for knife and F for grenades
1-3 if only 2 buttons on the side and the dpi to 4
213 if 3 buttons on the side because it's faster to switch to pistol than reloading your main
Voice chat, always
mouse 4 is usually melee for me or rocket launcher, mouse 3 is my sniper/long range weapon
I don't have them in my cheap-ass no-brand mouse I got from a rummage sale.
Nothing in shooters, but recently i've used them for
>High-G Turn in Ace Combat 7
>Jump in Elden Ring
>???
>browsing the internet
1, 2, 3, x and v.
Generally works well enough that I don't have to frick with binds per game.
Captcha A8P0GV
feed and seed
button 1 (closest to my thumb): grenade
button 2: melee
mouse 4- switch to weapon 2
mouse 5- switch to weapon 1

Something that you use often but doesn't fit on the other buttons.

I only use the side buttons to go back and forward a page in web browsers. I tried using them in games but never liked it so I stopped.
Bottom side button melee
Top side button switch to secondary
Mouse wheel down toggle firing rates
Mouse wheel up toggle scopes
Mouse wheel click toggle flashlight or laser sight
Sprint and crouch mostly. Frick straining my pinky for that shit
Aimbot and wallhack
special ability, push to talk, and melee
auto run and hide ui
melee goes on middle click, you dummies
and only queers use grenades
absolutely amateur
push to talk
sprint in HL2 for ABH
I would make it toggle laser on/off in BF4 but it doesnt work for some reason
thanks dice
If there is a taunt I do that
