Mechanically, I like 4 the best. It sadly gutted a lot of side content that was in san andreas and has frick all for an economy. Gameplay of 4 with world design of 5 would be perfect
>Also, what hopes do you have for 6 gameplay-wise?
Not him but while not 4-tier, i expect the driving to be heavier than the one in 5
i hate how every car feels the same in 5
I'm expecting something a little slower than 5, closer to red dead redemption 2. I'd like the cars to have more weight and feel more distinct than in 5.
San Andreas had the best driving for me. will there be another new gameplay mechanic or just a new shooting/driving feel?

>new gameplay mechanic
in the few leaks I saw, they're carrying over the "dialogue" system from RDR2

They're adding the weapon wheel and inventory from read dead instead of you having every weapon available at all times. I'm not sure why they think that's a good idea

are these cool or ''innovative'' enough for the long wait?

I mean if you look for innovation for a video game then no? But for most normal people yeah

The game design peaked with III because it was just a race-and-chase game broken up with on-foot gunplay. The ability to shoot 360 ruined the "game" and so did removing stars to decrease wanted level.
The game was about chase, evasion, and being mindful of your surroundings. They removed the "game" for IV and beyond. V ruined everything about the GTA formula, dumbing it all down for children and minorities.
V's map is just extremely boring. It doesn't feel unique, there's no exploration, there's not much atmosphere besides "sunny". Paleto Bay was the most interesting and they couldn't even manage a unique friend, feature, or quest line to highlight it.
I think the beaches in V are extremely bland, i hope that now in Vice City they will be prettier. But there was a lot of shit to do in single player V, especially since its a ps360 era game
>beaches are extremely bland
I agree but that's most of the game. It's all superficial. People congregate on the beach but they seldom say anything funny or insightful. It's what made III and IV in particular so great and RDR in the side missions.
As far as beaches, I doubt they're gonna commit resources to pack the beaches that would sell the illusion but a better water system with waves, people swimming, and whatever else would really go in the right direction.
>woah, there's a whole city to explore woah >there's frick all to do
Childhood is when you think like the former, adulthood is when you realize the latter. Bland franchise.
Nah, they definitely peaked with SA. That game had a metric ton of side content and character customization. Like Cj had a pretty built in personality but his style and look was 100% player to player based

did you like the driving mechanics in 4?
probably
i barely remembe playing it.
i liked the driving and the controller shooting is really fun
I played on PC recently the steering was an issue for me. Also, what hopes do you have for 6 gameplay-wise?

It peaked with San Andreas
No. 2
I liked vice city
how many times did it take for the RC helicopter mission?
Rockstar made Max Payne 3 which has better gunplay than the entirety of the GTA series
I hope they add elements of MP3 in GTA 6
I liked V and I don't care what you think about that.
sure which was the best mission in V? don't say the yoga or crane one.
The heists are fun as frick
I think everything has been the same since GTA iii.
Basically you run errands the entire game and that's it. Everything else is slopped in between.

VI looked just as bland. I hope I'm wrong.

It's a shame that all the stuff they added to 5 post launch is stuck online. No expansion or anything either

didnt a new water system leaked?
I think that was a rumor on some France website. The leaks showed really really basic water stuff.
I'm certain they will add shit like surfing and whatnot in 6. Florida is literally known for that
I've played VC more than any gta followed by SA, 3 LCS DS, V and 1&2. Still havent played VCS and IV

Childhood is when you think like the former, adulthood is when you realize the latter. Bland franchise.
I just boot up RDR2 to explore nowadays
It peaked with 4, story too. I do miss the arcade feel of the trilogy, but 4 was fricking kino.
The coolest thing from the leaks was the crouch walk, easy stick cover, and aiming in opposite direction as your walk/body position.

Everyone has a favorite. No wrong answer
Except V is the wrong answer
I’m not brown so I’ve never played any gta games
have a nice day moron
