A castle invasion similar to the battle of hogwarts would make a lot of sense in the sequel, after the fight you
then have to repair some parts of the castle with other students
Game about Hogwarts/the Harry Potter world.
Not a Ubisoft game with lifeless NPC's and boring writing. At least try to make it feel like you're going to Hogwarts as well
Maybe a PC version that actually fricking works. I'm not the only person, I've googled it and tonnes of people had the same issue and nobody can seem to agree on why. With max settings and RT on, 60+fps indoors but it's a stuttering mess, and 45fps outdoors with dips below 30. Google it, loads of people with the same issue, no fix one year later. 45fps is what I get in Cyberpunk with path tracing enabled, DLSS Quality and no frame gen. Fricking path tracing, and I get the same performance as HW Legacy WITH frame gen.
You can make it run at 720p medium settings on pc as well just fine Anon, no need to get scammed into buying a whole console for that. He's asking to be able to run it at playable sane settings, not console copium tier
I want the setting to be modern times
I want them to explore wizards in a world with smartphones, chatGPT, etc.
I want it to be something other than just Hogwarts and be a general wizarding world game
>I want them to explore wizards in a world with smartphones, chatGPT, etc. >i want it to be set in the time of least creative writing options since any problem can be solved with a phone call, and most amount of social brainrot possible
The post-Harry Potter movies are shit, but I did really like the world building in those films
It was interesting to see more of the wizarding world outside of England and peeks at other European countries
It's a case of Star Wars prequels, worse movies overall but great world building, I can see better stories coming out from the Hogwarts Legacy writers for Ilvermorny Legacy than the stupid shit Rowling wrote for Fantastic Beasts.
No Merlin Trials
No Dark Arks, or make it HEAVILY penalized. Casting AK should be a Game Over
Weave the main quest in with the school activities
Quiddich also part of it
The Triwizard Tournament
No more mcguffin ancient magic. Make it about interesting spellcraft hackery.
>player has a muggle home in england >ministry of magic >diagon alley >small part of london >Godric's Hollow >Quidditch World Cup area >triwizard tourney >magic chess >flying free camera controls >sitting >underwater content >hogwarts express usable >big dungeons
More fleshed out hogwarts with tons of secrets and stuff you can do. More roleplaying elements, attending classes, Much less brown people everywhere considering the school isnt located in fricking mumbai.
I was disappointed by the fact that the game didn't have a secret society where Sebastian, Ominis, Garreth, Leander and the male MC have orgies in the Undercroft.
GTA but yer a wizard. Include the cliche magical boarding school but let us run around in London fricking with muggles and flying off into the sunset while the magical glowies try to arrest us.
>Less browns >smaller map >focuses more on the school sim aspect >school events like Quidditch and Yule Ball >completely different storylines depending on your house for replayability >other contained locations like London, Azkaban, Ministry of Magic etc
obviously but ideally you should be able to ask literally any female student to the ball. I know israelites would only do that if you could ask "anyone" to the ball and I would unironically take that if it meant no students had to be background characters if you liked them.
all the stuff that was cut out of Hogwarts Legacy and class sim stuff from HP Magic Awakened, Quidditch, and if possible be able to enroll from year 1 and progress to 7.
>if possible be able to enroll from year 1 and progress to 7.
I'm not sure how this would work, realistically. Maybe something like Fable where you get a montage and progress to the next life stage?
yes, that's a good way to handle it. Alternatively, there would be a small level transition, with the MC in their home. This transitional level would be very short and have a few fixed activities like reading letters and writing them, some light dialogue, before the train ride back to the school. Probably too soulful to implement and too convoluted for the average gamer so montage might be the way to go.
Less open world shit, more time in Hogwarts doing magical school stuff. Hogwarts Legacy had an amazing atmosphere inside Hogwarts, but outside it was like any other open world game.
Double down on the school, remove everything else. Maybe you can keep the woods and the town, everything else has to go. The game drops at least 3 points out of 10 when you leave the castle. The potential for "Magical wizard castle" is literally endless, it doesn't have to conform to any rules of any kind.
Felt like the secret passages and talking portraits could've been better utilized. I really wanted a quest where you have to chase down a missing portrait that is hiding in other paintings, and it's sort of a long-running thing you do where you just ask paintings if they've seen the person you're looking for, and once you find them they start fleeing from painting to painting along the wall and you have to find the right spell to stop them. So it's not really completable until you figure out what spell that is, and then learn it.
I liked the quests inside Hogwarts that made you explore the castle and interact with stuff you might not otherwise. I think it could've used more inventiveness with the magic, though, and definitely more time spent in classes.
That's exactly what I'm talking about, just take that and do that over and over until you have a magic shifting castle that's absolutely chock-full of new shit to discover. That should be the game, not the endless copy pasted open world puzzles.
Just make it persona: Hogwarts edition
Allow dating, social links, more than just Hogwarts, go to other magic schools or azkeban etc.
Going to classes. Oh and for fricks sake. Please add Hermoine
>not set in the 1800s and no pokemon shit, maybe set somewhere in the 50s-70s >your own flying anglia 105e >player has parents, owl brings mail from them >choose your own background (be poorgay like a weasley, or a snob like a malfoy, etc.) >player can make friends and rivals and romantic interests >the house you get sorted into actually matters >customize your common room based on what happens in the game >freeform student interactions >actual real classes, where you slowly learn magic >dda teacher with ulterior motives >diagon alley >etc.
A game that is actually about being a student attending a magical boarding school and not a generic open world game with arkham combat but instead of punches you throw sparklers instead
Quiddich, better RPG and online elements, better story(the whole goblin thing was dumb), guest appearances from the cast from the movies, better quests, more character customization(this means being able to make my character white, not looking like a light skinned indian), better adaption to story lines from the book, iconic characters.
I would support character creations getting uploaded to some database and then your Hogwarts could pull down from that database to fill the student population
Has Rowling written anything substantial about the period of Voldemort's rise to power?
Maybe set HL2 in that time period and you as a student trying to just make it through your years at Hogwarts without getting killed
End the game just before the Potter incident
A castle invasion similar to the battle of hogwarts would make a lot of sense in the sequel, after the fight you
then have to repair some parts of the castle with other students
More focus on the school

Set in Durmstrang
for it not to be infected with the gaas cancer that has overtaken every other WB game but chances of the are slim to none.
online co-op
more school sim stuff
I just want Bully: Magic Edition but also co-op
Show me how Dumbledore purged all the non-whites and queers infesting Hogwarts before his reign.

buy a xbox series s it runs perfect

You made me chuckle. Have a Nanami

Considering that wizards would still likely refuse to use modern technology, no, that wouldn't be a problem
Sufficiently advance technology doesn't function around magic or in areas of magical density.
I want a new school, there's other schools out there, set it in Ilvermorny or Durmstrang.
The post-Harry Potter movies are shit, but I did really like the world building in those films

>t was interesting to see more of the wizarding world outside of England
Scotland.
It will never not be funny how she put all Asians in one school, imagine the bullying and school "shootings"
It's even funnier how aparently a single school caters to the entirety of Africa.
so it will take another 5 years to make a new castle, nice idea mudblood
Better than a repeat of the same empty-ass map, you fricking squib.
well of course they can expand now since the base castle is finished, you lack creativity
Black person, we've been playing the same fricking castle since the PS1, I want a new castle.
then play souls games idiot, hogwarts is the home
They didn't even manage to make 90% of the castle as fun to explore as the Chamber of Secrets game, they might as well start over
They’d be good for DLC but not main game
less asscreed, more bully.

PORN
4 unique stories one for each house. don't mind if they're shorter.
The ability to create a femboy character who falls head over heels for Sebastian
I was disappointed by the fact that the game didn't have a secret society where Sebastian, Ominis, Garreth, Leander and the male MC have orgies in the Undercroft.
Sebastian and Ominis are the only likeable ones in that little group though, and Ominis in particular likely isn't interested in one night stands
Dude, who gives a shit about likeable, they're the hot ones, add a blond mc and see the magic happen.
>who gives a shit about likeable
Boys with standards, you little trollop
A game that actually takes place in Hogwarts might be neat
it needs to be more of a dating simulator and less of a ubisoft game
Sex sex sex
Indians and pedophiles are evil & should be launched to space.

I'm sick of this fricking "protagonist standing on a cliff overviewing a landscape" shit.
are you the yellow tape guy? Boy you sure do find weird things to complain about.
0 foreigners
0 trannies
a branching plot
deeper rpg mechanics
better combat

how? As a limited event gacha character with a lore explanation of her travelling back in time again?

Simple as
Anon the girls in Hogwarts are under 18.
Out of 10!
Yes
>Total hufflepuff death
but poppy is cute
even more brown people
half of the comments about dating, Ganker officaly lost it and there's no hope for good threads anymore
A game that is actually about being a student attending a magical boarding school and not a generic open world game with arkham combat but instead of punches you throw sparklers instead
More trannies and blacks.
Just make HP2 and 3 for PS2 on PC
Give me a life sim where I feel like I'm attending and living at hogwarts, I'm so goddamn sick of soulless ubislop open worlds.
Get rid of the open world mini games for progression
Make taking classes the method of character progression
Student sex mini game
Quiddich, better RPG and online elements, better story(the whole goblin thing was dumb), guest appearances from the cast from the movies, better quests, more character customization(this means being able to make my character white, not looking like a light skinned indian), better adaption to story lines from the book, iconic characters.

Frick off
Online play would be fun with Quidditch and the like. You're boring.
