The games are built around selling cosmetic DLC to idiots. They have it down to a science, match making controlled by an algorithm that simulates a gambling addiction via chasing dopamine from having one good match.
An acute mockery of the original. Nothing surpassed the story-telling of the original BO1. It is one of those "old is gold" moments when games actually delivered. But by FPS standards, the combat is boring and repetitive from someone that enjoyed DOOM Eternal.
I loved it. I have all achievements for it on Xbox. The camo grind was fricking horrible though. The cgma rocket launcher and noob tube gave me cancer getting them gold.
Would have been better if they used the new engine. The game is fun but feels way to outdated now. Also dark matter was the laziest design in this entry by far and I didn't wanna bother grinding it out anymore. I'm looking forward to the next treyarch game.
It's the most fun I've ever had with a treyarch cod. Ignore all the stupid little 3rd world homosexuals above me, it's a solid fricking game.
Play it with complete strangers or by yourself, don't matter, shits fun with or without people. Again, don't pay attention to these broke mind broken homosexuals, it's a fun game all around.
Raven Software made the campaign. iirc Treyarch just did some of the mp. I would love to see them make another campaign that expands more on the stealth/sim aspects they used for the mission where you play as the soviet colonel.
bro to this day one of the greatest disappointments ive ever experienced i a videogame. i was utterly gobsmacked by it, like mouth agape. it seemed like a prank with how shit that game was. every choice they made from gameplay to art design was wrong.
Treyarch is the only COD dev that makes actual fun games. The others are a race to the bottom of how shitty and unfun they can make their games while still selling a billion copies.
Better than MW'19 and '22, but that is a very low bar. It still uses the new engine, so frick it. Still gonna try playing it again since they "patched" the security shit
Vanguard was so obviously bad I quit out of my first online match and got a refund. I fricking hate sledgehammer, they deserve to be making wii shovelware for all eternity. Treyarch and Raven deserve better than being owned by activision.
No pirated version yet so i dunno.
Really Enjoyed WaW, Infinite and Blops 1 and 2, i have no fricking idea why they decided to go full schizo on 3 and have you try to stop an afterlife cyber-heaven from happening because this would blow the cover on the CIA being glowBlack folk.
WWII was just ok, MW Trilogy is nice.
It was a step in the right direction. Tho I'm sure nobody minds playing as the Warsaw Pact in MP even tho journalist sois threw a fit over playing as the Axis Powers
Definition of a B tier CoD game. Campaign is great, Zombies is fresh, multiplayer is fun but extremely sweaty. Doesn't compare to the classic CoDs, but still a fun game to come back to every now and then.
it was garbage >campaign full of fake characters >ONION >embarrassing and edgy "BADASS" side ending where millions of innocents die >multiplayer had glaring balancing issues that were never fixed to this day >mediocre maps >brought back maps looked like carbon copies of themselves from their respective games, no soulful redesign >zombies had additions that made it pathetically easy >you were allowed to use and equip every single weapon on every map, turning the maps into shooting galleries, removing map personality >shitty battlepass system and 30 dollar skins >can bring said 30 dollar skins into zombies
It's always funny to me how a massive franchise like CoD has a bunch of games that are clearly just sort of filler. They exist, but literally no one will remember them after their release year.
Ghosts, Advanced Warfare, WW2, Cold War, Vanguard
It's funny that the last 2 here even released back to back, neither of these games got people to stop playing MW2019
With everything supposed to be on IW 9.0 for the forseeable future, it being on the classic Black Ops version of IW 3.0, it's the last of the fast CODs.
probably the best of the nu-cods
i'd play it more if it was anywhere close to being stable on PC, fricking thing crashes in the middle of a round every two matches and outside of reinstalling windows i've tried just about everything to fix it
it was incredibly novel and fun campaign
the psyop twist was dumb but not necessarily bad
god fricking massive frick up with mason and wood's voice actors though
multiplayer sucked wiener
>god fricking massive frick up with mason and wood's voice actors though
Eh, Woods is a tragedy but after Infinite Warfare Activision probably put the kibosh on stunt casting, hence no Sam Worthington barely containing his Australian.

DOA3 was the most fun I've had in zombies in a long time when it came out. Beating round 64 solo with no downs was one of the most satisfying things I've done that year, followed by getting a degree
Renting or borrowing a CoD game just for the campaign was a lot of fun 10 years ago. I enjoyed it at the time but bow the price tag is too high for a few hours of mindless shoot shoot bang bang. I hope M$ gets Activision just so I can marathon a bunch of CoD campaigns on Gamepass for free.
cool campaign, don't really care for multiplayer
Kino ending
nice totally not obvious fila brand insert
The last call of duty I played was in 2007
What has changed in the last 16 call of duty games?
peaked at BO2 and has been on a downward spiral since the game after that shall not be named
BO3?
only good for modded zombies
BO3 is a lootbox/gacha-type game, and gachas aren't video games
>peaked at BO2
literally the worst one. you homosexuals need to take it down off the pedestal, it wasn't a good entry.

This is my post, sorry bros I meant to say it peaked at BO1*
advanced warfare? seriously, i think that one got memoryholed.
I hope everyone forgot about the few years where wall jumping future military games like Titanfall and Advanced Warfare were popular.
Ghosts?

I liked the mission design
I loved it. I have all achievements for it on Xbox. The camo grind was fricking horrible though. The cgma rocket launcher and noob tube gave me cancer getting them gold.
Adler is based as frick
Just wish he didn't have to kill Bell in the canon ending. Even sounded like he didn't want to.
Nuffin personnel
soviet ending should've been canon but Treyarch are omega cucks and would never have something as bold as having Russians win.
He didn't, but he also couldn't risk a former KGB asset running around with his transplanted memories. It was never personal.
>glowie
>based
gtfo
leave, RFK schizo.

I started playing it yesterday, its good, not like the piece of shit black ops 4 was.
bro to this day one of the greatest disappointments ive ever experienced i a videogame. i was utterly gobsmacked by it, like mouth agape. it seemed like a prank with how shit that game was. every choice they made from gameplay to art design was wrong.
Yeah man, I uninstalled it after 2 days, it was so dogshit it's absolutely unreal.
Zombies homie
I enjoyed the campaign. I'm gonna give Zombies a try later.
it was good but not as good as modern warfare that came right before it

this
also vanguard was shit too

very fun campaign and zombies is the best since bo3. multiplayer is meh and has been since ghosts dropped
You can be “non-binary” despite it taking place in the 80s. Gay like all modern CoDs.
I chose Lazar.
honestly my favorite cod game released in a while. had so much fun playing face off 6v6 and i couldnt play cod without it
really liked having shotguns as secondaries again the street sweeper is actually really fun to use perk system sucks though
It was pretty nice from what I played of it, but the file size was too fricking annoying to deal with.
No pirated version yet so i dunno.

WWII was just ok, MW Trilogy is nice.
Better than NuMWII but that's not saying much.
I just want MW19 with more maps and guns and more Mara and the removal of all the gay flags. Is that too much to ask?
Zoomed.
Zoomers don't like milsim games.
Call of Duty games are poison
Literally just watch number go up simulator

nah
and edgy "BADASS" side ending where millions of innocents die
Nothin embarrassing or edgy about good ending
It's always funny to me how a massive franchise like CoD has a bunch of games that are clearly just sort of filler. They exist, but literally no one will remember them after their release year.

Cold war, or the coldest war ever?
Prop Hunt
Hardpoint
Combined Arms
Best modes

it's fricking 300gb is what i think. frick that.
The campaign is so moronic that it actually made me mad
