You don't actively manage anything. You prebuff and then click-and-destroy enemies. Once that's been done enough, you select new skills that make killing even easier. Theorycrafting is not gameplay.

Still though, we're kinda reaching parody levels in this game. Between the barely contained ape like behaviour of the cleric and paladin, the lesbian troony, the incompetent female leaders, etc this game feels more like /misc/ parodying woke shit than actual woke shit.
I for one am not a fan of parody in my ar pee gees, deconstruction can make for good writing, but it's utter shit for immersion.
