Most social media sites have their own shills or bots trained on the posts there. That's why so many of the sites feel more or less the same and users on them tend to have the same opinions. There are more lurkers than posters, that's always been the case everywhere so people take advantage of that use with sockpuppet accounts and shills replying to shills.
