I liked 7 remake but got bored of 16 halfway through.
It might not be something Ganker hates entirely, but I've gotten a couple confused reactions to how much I've been enjoying the first Megami Tensei for Famicom. Been drawing out my own maps at a separate desk with a TV setup and everything. Peak oldschool vidya wizard shit. It's been such a fricking cool experience so far.

Oh well idk as far as more on-topic shit goes, I had fun playing the original Overwatch with a homie for a couple nights or so years ago. I think Skyrim is a perfectly servicable dumb clunky "I just wanna run around and hit shit" game, too; solid 7/10 I'd say.

Honestly yeah most culturally hated games here aren't the worst thing in the world gameplay-wise, considering most games get hated for being popular with the wrong group or for political reasons. I'd agree with the common sentiment here that gross mtx f2p shit sucks ass, but as far as like, idk, Baldur's Gate 3 or Skyrim or Ultrakill goes you could do a frick of a lot worse in search of a good time.

I agree. I really wonder why I've stuck around. I used to love having conversations here. Being entirely unrestricted by ethos and having pure discussion is the best thing about this place. While 90% of posts were garbage, at least you could get a few people to genuinely engage every other thread.

Usually you can bunker down in a thread during a major release while all the buttholes all argue in their 50 other threads, but you aren't even safe from them anymore. They will come in and just shit stir for no reason.

I really don't get why Ganker is like that now. I understand idiots trying to troll for giggles but I don't get the hostile, subhuman behavior. People used to actually post cp and gore in threads, homies got their webcams hacked and videos uploaded for downloading an anon's game, the entire site had a reputation for being a vile place full of terrible people, and yet somehow the average anon came off far less misanthropic and far more willing to engage in an actual conversation than they do now.
