I don't hate the way ENB looks, but Doodletroony's plugins are a lot lighter, and more true to vanilla while cleaning the visuals up.

skyrim modding has been idiot proof for a decade and sse is quite literally uncrashable unless you do something intentional like install 3 combat overhaul mods at the same time. we had shit like enderal go from held together with wing and a prayer with enboost and running at 40 fps in oldrim to running perfectly at whatever you set the max fps to.
can the same be said for VR? I had to quicksave before every cell load, all I did was add the cbbe set to the basic wabba modlist.

I've been making a Doom map, and that's the only vidya I've been playing.
I'm currently stuck on integrated graphics, so I've been mostly playing older stuff or indie games. I played Freespace 2 recently, at first I thought the controls were so annoying but you get used to them eventually.
If game doesn't have android/PC crossplatform, or at least easy emulation in exagear, then game is shit

I use my powerful PC to play old games at resolutions they were never designed to be rendered in.
Not really there are to many gaymes to replay same stuff over and over again.
Goldbox DnD, replay CoD1 and 2 once a year or so. Slowly go through only point and clicks from Sierra, LucasArts and the Tex Murphy games.

I'm replaying Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade right now. The people at Lucas were still learning, the game doesn't give enough hints for some puzzles, and some of them can be missed.

Old games are more resource intensive and they actually out those resources to better use than the fake game worlds made by CEOs who only know aesthetics, not how to make real things in the game. Does that sound like irony? If it is real in the game, or fake in the game, people can tell the difference. The zoomies don’t care, they think everything that is offensive is bad and that your game must have dialogue, story, and long cutscenes. They don’t know what maps is. Even in Minecraft the cartography table and the maps is fricked by zoomies because it’s like they don’t know how to make a buried treasure actually memorable and fun. They have npcs on their brains.
